/worldchanger clearworlds - Deletes all the worlds generated by the plugin (not your own worlds).
/worldchanger stop - Stops the plugin from teleporting you to different worlds.
/worldchanger start - Starts the teleportation.
/worldchanger generate <amount> - Generates worlds to use. It wil generate however many worlds you specify. This command takes a while to finish (especially on 1.14) so be patient.
