How to claim your supporter status

On gw2efficiency:

Please head to https://gw2efficiency.com/user#supporter-status , enter the email associated with your Patreon account and click "Save Patreon email".

The update will then be performed automatically within the next hour (you might have to refresh the page).

On Discord:

Please send me a private message with your gw2efficiency account name after you have joined the server (@queicherius)

Where should I spend my time working on gw2efficiency?

I have been pondering for a while on a question that I now will pass onto you - what would you like me to spend my time on?

Do you want me to work on

• a) stuff for everyone
• b) stuff for everyone but with perks for you
• c) stuff for only you?

Right now I am always tending towards pushing things out to everyone, but I also feel a bit bad about it because I don't have giant perks for you supporters. Are you OK with that? Do you want more?

Supporter Accounts

I am just writing this short post to inform you that the supporter accounts for all patrons are now active on gw2efficiency.

Just add the email connected to your patron account to gw2efficiency (click "Account" in the top right and enter your email), and your account will automatically upgrade to a supporter account within an hour or two.

Right now, the only feature this unlocks is "no ads" for all patrons (including 1$ ones!), but there are more special features on their way! There will also be a better UI in the future to tell you your current account status.

Thanks for the support over the past few months, and thank you all for over 100 patrons. We appreciate it.

gw2efficiency goes Discord

Hey everyone,

As part of the 2017 cleanup I decided to move the chat on the website to a public discord server.

This removed a pretty large chunk of legacy code and maintenance cost, has more features (e.g. moderation) and requires you to "check one less thing". 

Join us and talk about what you'd like to see on the page, report bugs and similar things. :)

You can also chat in a "Premium"-only channel there and get your chat color as usual, if you message me your Discord name on here or join Discord and whisper me your email.

Second goal reached!

Wow again. I am really overwhelmed. I created the Patreon because I thought it would be nice if it paid for some of the server costs in a few months. I would have never expected it to hit the second goal - the fancy new infrastructure - in less than 48 hours.

I am incredibly thankful and happy that the website is worth so much for you. Thank you. Also for the incredibly sweet feedback here, on Reddit, in the Chat and elsewhere.
