Haven't done this before! (mainly because I haven't been colouring for very long...X3c) but I figured it might be interesting to show off a few 'in-progress' shots of me working out how to colour page 7 from inks to finalized colour flats! I hope you enjoy ^^

There's a nice multistage look into the making of the upcoming Page 7. Here you can see it go from rough thumbnails through several different revisions before getting to the final product ^^

Far from the end I still have a few more pages planned out for this comic! Like I said I was moving away from the monthly schedule to focus on higher quality and longer form comics. Honestly, I'm really having fun learning how to colour and getting to really dig into all the pages ^w^

I had been sick for a while...a long while and I eventually went in for chest xrays and a swab and....yup

Everything seems to think I'm already through the worst of it  but yeah....

I had just been waiting to get over 'the flu' this whole time so I could get back to work...I guess that's not  happening  soon. 

I'll pause payments so you won't be charged and I won't be paid until I'm well enough to make comics again.

POKKET MOMSTERS - PAGES 5 & 6 (May 2021)

Not quite the pre-midnite buzzer beater on the end of the month like I hoped buuuuut I technically haven't slept so it's still the 31st for me! X3c

Thus we reach the mid point of out poke inspired adventure! The plan for this one is to continue on for another 6 pages, both so I can get some good growth and breathing room into the story AND I happen to think it might be a much more managable work schedule for me.

Welcome back to another installment of POKKET MOMSTERS. In this exciting episode the fight scene gets fully underway and we finally see which of our two battle momsters comes out on top!

I really hope you enjoy the page. I don't do a lot of fight scenes so I really had fun with the pacing and the effects and everything. This has been a blast to work on I tell ya what! 

The plan moving forward is to try and get pages 5 and 6 posted by the end of the month, at which ...

POKKET MOMSTERS (Preliminary Sketches: Page 3-4 & Character Design)

The in progress images for comic pages 3 and 4 as well as some various character design work on some of our main character's opponents ^^

As you can see I made a theoretical fake pokemon to base her off of. A sort of mix between a polar bear and a lion that used icy frost as her mane!
