OYE i had thought i posted this process video earlier! here's the process of my hot cheeto pic, this is kind of hilarious to watch because it's so easy to see how indecisive i am LMAO. lots of playing around with textures, layer filters, etc etc, so uh... lots of flashing as i go back and forth between everything lmao. definitely fun and a good learning experience!

hey guys! first off, comms. i’m looking to open up for dec comms for $5+ patrons tomorrow, and then publicly on Monday :)

something of note- these December comms will be added onto the tail the end of my last queue which i’m currently finishing up.

secondly, regarding comms, i’ll be raising prices a bit, looking at between a $10-$20 price raise overall depending. my wrist cannot keep up with the amount of work i currently do monthly, but bills won’t let me take less work ...

fish time! i got a new ipad and i figured, what would be a better way to break it in than redrawing the first piece i drew on my old ipad? NOTHING so i drew lex enjoying some salmon!

the original piece was from september 2018, a bit over 3 years ago. it's always interesting to see how my style has changed but also how lex has too! 

ALSO i really wanted to upload the process for this but oh god i forgot to change the settings beforehand and the replay quality is such awful qua...

QUICK OCTOBER COMM UPDATE

SO. i. had admittedly forgotten a bit about october comms. APOLOGIES for opening so late- i think opening up for september comms during the middle of the month screwed my timing up a bit. 

that said! a quick update on that i plan to open tomorrow september 28th 5 PM PST  for $5+ patrons, and the 29th at 5pm PST for the public. form closure will be saturday 11:59 PM PST.

i'm back from my time away and settled in at home, yay! i'll be getting back to comm work and getting stuff up here posted as well. (and i didn't forget about last month's suggestion box replies heheh...) the only other time i'll be out of commission this month is from the 13th-15th for my bday. otherwise, back to normal!

end of month/sept update!

HEY ALL wanted to give an update for the current events/upcoming month of work-

so first off, i’m currently in ohio at my mom’s having my bit of vacation! admittedly, i thought i would have much more free time than what ended up actually happening, so i’ll been a bit nonstop these last 5 days and am finishing up the last of comm work for august. SADLY not able to get to the experimental comms/extra sketch tier slots that i expected

a few days i've been trying to do some quick figure studies to warm up a bit and just get some practice in. ordered from oldest to newest, you can see the rustiness getting shaved off. i did a couple of value in there too but i figured i should get the Figure part comfortable before i dip into that. and then hulked up lex

as you probably know by now, i'm going on a bit of vacation late this month and the beginning of september- aug 24th-sept 9 to be exact. so THE THING IS with this vacay, the first half of it i'm expecting to have a bit of downtime. and since i took on less work this month, i won't have TOO much to do in said downtime. so potentially (very potentially!) depending on how much downtime i have, ...
