Here's this week's art drop.

2-5. Tsunade x Shizune Page 3. The final page for this short comic with some panel separated as their own drawings.

6-10. Rosa Ref Sheet. A set of three drawings and a little character info to make a ref sheet. I separated each drawing on their own. The one with the red background is my favorite because of how I drew her body.

Art Tip: Block Method

Hi everyone,

Here's a method I use to start a butt drawing. A simple block with a triangle on it is a great starting point because the block tells you the perspective and the triangle tells you where to put the details.

Behind-the-Scenes June 2023 Week 2: Part 2

Hi deluxe everyone,

Here's updated WIPs for this week's art:

1. Del Pinup Comic. I added colors and started lighting everything. There's some slight changes I want to make and there's still a good amount of lighting to do.

2. Rosa Pinup. I have the lighting pretty far along. I'm going for some frontal lighting with a cool temperature light and warm shadows. Also a vignette to tie it all together.

Art Tip: Drawing Heads at an Angle

Hi everyone,

Here's some quick practice stuff I did this week. I sometimes have trouble drawing heads at certain angles so I find that drawing them in a rotating sequence helps understand the 3d shape better. And quick practice doodles are good for warm ups.

Eyes can also be tricky to place at an angle, but I find that thinking of (or drawing)  the centerline down the middle of the face helps find the placement.
