The Viggen takeoff procedures now takes into account runway headings, which I completely glossed over previously. This explains why many players get this annoying "NAV SYST" caution when flying online on either offroad bases or bigger airports with multiple runways available.

The GBU-54 Laser JDAM combines the precision of GPS with the tracking ability provided by the targeting pod's laser. This allows you to hit moving targets with more armor, and also allows you to track lasers from JTACs or friendly units lasing targets with their own targeting pod.

The Viper now has a new toy to play with: the HARM (High-Speed Anti-Radiation Missile). This section will gradually be expanded over time when the HTS (HARM Targeting System) pod and other HARM modes become available. The entire LITENING targeting pod section has been updated with new functionalities (Air-to-Air mode, Snowplow mode, target correlation, etc.) and symbology. The start-up procedure has been cleaned up and now takes into account the recent logic changes in regards to the INS alignment process. I didn't want to go into too much detail for all new INS features (that's not really needed to fire up the aircraft anyway), but I thought most people will want to know how to wait 90 seconds instead of 8 minutes for their navigation system to be ready.

The Ka-50's Weapons & Countermeasures section is something that haunted me for a long time. If I were to go as deep as I wanted on the sensors, I think the whole section could have easily ballooned up to 100+ pages if I covered everything I wanted. However, I had to draw the line somewhere in the interest of releasing an updated version of the guide in a timely fashion.
