Bubblegum Plugs

Finished inking that plugsuit girl! Was very cathartic, I needed that. I started her at a cafe. Maybe I should go to them more often?

Fast Food: Isabelle

For August's request them we took a break from fantasy for some Fast Food outfits. I've always loved the kind of fun kitschy look that fast food uniforms have, especially retro ones. 

I miss car hops. Well Sonic's still exists but the servers aren't on roller skates anymore, and some of them just don't have servers at all and you have to get the food yourself. What's the point then?! 

Fast Food: Emylia

I've always loved the Hot Dog on a Stick outfits, so when DJ asked for his OC to be dressed as a Katy Perry version I was so happy. So cute, SO tacky!  If they had these outfits they'd be more popular haha.

Man, I wish donut joints had outfits this cute! I'd go to them more often then... which would be bad, since I'm trying to cut back anyways. >_>;

Love this outfit! It's like a cute Starbucks barista, haha. I wonder what kind of place in Eorzea this would be? Maybe a Carbunck's, with a Carbuncle for a logo?

Humbanon requested Jam for this month's theme. And since her outfit is her actual uniform from work, I didn't have to change much! I didn't use her much but she always had a lovely design.

Colored sketch commission of a Viera in some FFXIV designed pajamas! Originally went for a more simple moogle 2 piece set, but she really liked the dust bunnies.

Worked to death in a fast food kitchen. How tragic! But fries have to be fried, and burgers have to be flipped! So Yurei presses on.

This demon has an outfit based off a Hatsune Miku/McDonald's crossover. I like the idea of fries pinning her pigtails in place, haha.

Stars

A colored sketch commission that I took a bit further due to the nebulous subject matter. The client wanted a character that was  a woman with their body and hair forming a galaxy, crying a river of stars.

Not Isabelle this time but a new character from Hawk! As as the fabled shape shifting  kitsune from Japanese mythology.

This is supposed to be a demonic version of a Nightmare Courtier from Guild Wars 2, which IMO look pretty eerie already. These plant like creature's have a very angelic appearance, so I wanted her to appear like  tainted version. Her horns and gauntlets look like peeled bark. While the her head...

Hanners requested a good old fashioned imp, although I admit the scorpion tail was a bit harder to nail than I though haha. Whenever I think of imps I always think of little tiny jerks, like Gremlins. So it was fun to sketch out something devious!

And that's the last of the demon theme! It was a really fun one for sure.

Astra is from Bravestar, the main character from a webcomic I'm working on with @1H3RO. She's a star fish girl so she already had a fine set of 'horns'. Making them longer and spiny was a lot of fun. Tried to make her skirt look like it was made out of a vampire squid and her sword broken and corrupted.

Pris asked for a demon version of her dancer character. It was fun to replace her delicate clothing and jewelry with ragged flames and spikes, haha!

New Patron request! She has a mix of sexy and comfy going on in her outfit, I love it. I can't tell you how many times I redrew the abs though, still not satisfied... hopefully next time I'll get it right! 

Pink Lucky Cat

On Discord I post a monthly sketch jam topic for artists to participate in when they just need to draw for fun but need a prompt. They asked for a cat theme so I went with 'Lucky Cat'. Basically they could interpret those little waving cat statues with a coin you see in Japanese or Chinese stores however they wish 

Pink versions of them represent having good luck in love and relationships, so here's my version of that!

The theme for the Gold/Diamond Tier Patrons in January was Post Apocalytpic/Feral. We went for designs inspired by Horizon Zero Dawn, Mad Max, etc. Something grungy, dirty, and thrown together. :)  

I tried to keep a lot of this character's FFXIV outfit intact, just added a few post apocalyptic accessories. I really like the idea of using a piece of tire as a shoulder pad, haha. <...

A couple warm up sketches of one of my favorite Vocaloids, IA. I saw this simple but adorable hip hop outfit of hers from a concert and I loved the shape of the pants.

Mira dressed as Sabine! Looking back I think it would have been hilarious if I drew her wearing the same EXACT outfit, and it's just way too big and she has to hold it up in place, haha. I think the turquoise looks great on her!

I think Emylia is wearing a set from a high level Digimon, if I'm not mistaken? It was a really cool outfit, I had know idea they can look so human in that show, haha! Since Emylia is part dragon I thought her horns heating up would look cool, and complement all the purple.

I love the somewhat savage look of the Japanese oni. Sabine dresses a bit more classy though, so it was fun to combine those 2 things together! 

Thistle Sketches

A couple sketches of Thistle I don't think I ever posted, but I like their energy. :) 

I really liked drawing her tail but I couldn't find a reason why it would move the way it did. I may just add it back in the comic. I always prefer things looking cool over things making sense, haha!
