Hey Everyone! Always FreeBuild is now available.
This came at the request of a user on MTS, and might be helpful in particular if you primarily use the game to build. It allows you to edit special lots, use unlocked items, and do all of this for free by default. Entering the cheat is not necessary.
Do be careful when editing career lots as it can prevent career progression if the wrong things are modified or deleted.

I've completed the normal, specular, and diffuse maps for the first set of windows wells. (They've been moved above ground here for visibility.)
More small texture tweaks will certainly come further down the line but now it's time to start working on more objects!

Above you can see just one of the many objects I have planned, there's still texture work and some fine tuning to be done, but you can see I now have functioning window wells. :)
This will ultimately be offered in several widths and depths as well as different styles.

Hey guys, I'm very early into the start of the next project, which doesn't have a working title yet, so do keep in mind everything is subject to change at any time.
The starting outline for this next pack is to include several utilitarian objects that the Sims 4 lacks. Below is the rough outline of objects targeted for this pack, the exact functionality of each will be determined as progress is made:
