This was a rough done from a script by a sponsor using OCs and after multiple attempts to make the layout clearer and more effective, I decided I just had to add more page-space to let the set-up breathe and work more efficiently.

I was asked about this comic, done several years ago. It features Yuri, from the Dirty Pair comics and anime. I felt back at the time that it was too obscure a property to interest that many. However, if there is interest, I may tightens the artwork up and give it a proper finish.

Well, this is how this ended up design-wise. I tried to make it closer to
my usual va-voom heroine designs but keeping some of the more cartoony
stylization of the tv show. A part of me still wanted to go more cartoony
but I actually felt uncomfortable with that direction at a point so I went
back to more Western-comic-style.

one, as I had several body positioning sketches I wanted to use and had not and I was annoyed at not having added an establishing shot of them embracing in the dance floor, so I ended up extending the kiss moment and adjusting to dialogue.
