The big guy is coming along nicely! The proportions are set and the majority of parts have been blocked out and placed. I'll start refining all the armour next and add extra layers and details as I go but overall I'm happy with how it's all taking shape. There are plenty of parts and combinations to play with for some good variant options as well!

This should be a fun one, the general bulkiness fits my style really well! There is a bit of a chance to play around with body proportions to push it further than just a big human, the really thick arms and big hands in the bottom left really sells the giant feel to me.
The other main design points are the hair/beards beings fire, the massive weapons and the aggressive layered armour. I'll see where all this leads me but those will be good building blocks to start with.

Seeing as these things are some kind of undead gnoll I've built this design around the original gnoll proportions to keep things consistent and because it looks cool as shit!
I'll change up the cloth parts for each pose and knock out a few more clubs just for variety, the lore says they are pretty stupid and are only capable of using basic club weapons but there is probably room for a claw strike pose in there as well.
I'll get a new vote out in the morning before I start on...

Kinda wish I had done these before Halloween but we now have a creepy gang of Ghouls in the collection. With this group completed I can get started on the Witherling design from tomorrow.
For anyone that uses the paper minis - I changed the layout with these last 2 releases to make them more quickly useable. If this is preferred I'll continue with the new layout and update the existing designs whenever I can fit them in.

After a few rounds of support revision the Yuan-Ti are ready to be put to use in your games. The ghouls wont be far away, I've had some fucking devastating real life stuff to deal with that has taken priority but I'll be needing the distraction of work to take my mind of it now.

Couple of pics for where the sculpts are at, I tried a bunch of different scale patterns and while this isn't super close to the actual pattern on a cobra it gave the cleanest result and still looks good which is the main thing.
Sorted out the male/female proportions and started messing around with basic accessories but I'll flesh those out while posing.

There's not a whole lot going on with these besides the obvious humanoid torso with a snake head thing.
I do like the look of the upper right with the realistic cobra head/neck, it has a much more aggressive feel than the others. I was also thinking of male/female variants to mix it up but done more with proportion changes rather than just having a snake with boobs.
Also seeing as it was such a close vote I might try sneak some Ghouls in as well.

Dropping a few bonus designs a bit early for anyone playing some Halloween one shots!

These 2 big boys have just joined the collection and keeping inline with the recent ideas we have a more neutral pose followed with an attack pose. Luckily there isn't much need for anything else because these things needed a lot of adjustments during the posing stage but that's on me for making them up out of individual panels.

This is where I'm at after the first pass on the Gorgon, seeing as the armour/scales/metal is a natural part of them I went with a more anatomical flow that at least looks like it could move.
It needs some clean up and maybe some more details along the spine ridge but I'm happy with how its looking so far!

Backing the releases up with another round of big creatures!
These things are pretty sizeable. I had no idea Orca's were this big and one that could go on land is terrifying. To get the most out of them we've got a neutral and attack pose for on land and underwater, it should make for some interesting encounters!

We officially have a dragon!!
This design is a huge thanks to everyone that has supported the Patreon and helped it grow to the level of 700+ members, which is insane for a one man team!
It's a huge design, I printed it myself in 54mm scale for full effect and it came out beautifully. The bar is set pretty high for dragons so I hope this was worth the wait and I done it justice but most of all I hope you enjoy this well deserved reward!

A full parliament of Owlin has now joined the collection!
You all had some great suggestions again and the designs are better for it, I never would have thought of a swashbuckler Owlin but it works surprisingly well! Overall the druid is my favourite of the group with the little assassin rogue coming in a close second.

The big fella is coming together really quickly so far! I might round it out a bit more but I still want it to feel capable both on land and in the water so it wont get much fatter if I do. I still need to properly integrate the fin into the front legs and do the inside of the mouth but none of that is a big job.
I thinking we'll want a neutral and attacking pose, probably with land/water variants to get the most use out it? If you have other ideas let me know and we'll see what we can ...

Just laying out some general ideas for the next batch of designs!
Sleek and elegant are the main things that grab me straight away, they need to look like they can fly so excess bulk isn't the way to go. I had a look over the lore as well and they can range in size quite a lot so I think I'll make a standard base sculpt and then modify that for some little short variants... maybe 2 of each?
Class/pose/equipment ideas are always welcome if you have any, just let me know!

Sometimes the motivation takes a bit of a hit and this design process dragged out longer than I would have liked but hopefully the wait was worth it. I'm back in the swing of things now though!

Finally right!
I've been messing with this constantly since we hit the goal, thinking I'd got the proportions where I wanted them after each session then making more tweaks every time I opened it again. It's not really any specific type of dragon now, like usual I kinda just followed the inspiration and landed here.

Ok so I've got the proportions and the feathers where I like them, I think its a good mix of bird and humanoid and makes a bit more sense than the official art. Also started messing around with general accessories but I'm not set on anything yet if you guys have ideas for the variants.
The lute could make for a pretty unique mini and I was thinking maybe clutching a bag of treasure could be good as well but let me know!
