Skel gave Cassidy a piece of monster fruit, and I felt it expand quickly in her throat.

The tendrils of the rapidly growing organism sucked ki from the air at an incredible pace as it expanded throughout her body.

I realized why the tumors were growing in some people. The monster fruit was converting something to physical mass with its ki. It explained why the ki seemed to correspond to the growth.

Pollen had her eyes closed, and I noticed a little pollen dusting across her eyelids. I wondered if that came from working with the bees or if it was just a personal touch she liked.

I headed out of Frankie’s place, feeling good about what I’d gotten done. The use of the metal to help create a place for another citizen was pleasant. It helped make the battle and the loss just a little easier to bear.

When Mona, Daeva, and I got back to Daeva’s temple, there was a small party waiting for us.

Skel had her arms crossed, and I spotted Stella hiding behind Melody shaking like a leaf as she peered at Skel.

Merry Christmas, to those who celebrate.

The dragon breathed fire until it exhausted one of its powers. Then it flapped its wings, hovering in the air for a moment and watching me with an intelligence that was unnerving.

In working on SSV4, I feel like stepping away from Point City has temporarily cut off a lot of open threads. I know the core of what I want the book's plot to be, but you guys have been guessing at what's going to happen next in Dragon and Dungeon and left me more than a few times going 'damn, I wish I thought of that'.

So, I'm shamelessly asking you all what are you looking forward into SSV4 so I can steal your ideas to weave in around the main plot I have in mind.

After a long night of chatting with Fayeth, I was starting to understand her better.
