Soooo, I tried popping my back like normal today, and it fucked up my back so hard. It hurts so much to bend it backward or forward, and I had to leave work early because it got worse over the course of the day. I was hoping to do a photoshoot tomorrow, but I might have to postpone it until my back is better because I can't even arch my back for half the poses lmao.
