Astronaut Werewolf complete colors

I had a lot of fun making the colors for these pages nice and vibrant! I may have gone overboard a bit on the hair highlights, but I also really liked the way it looked. Nice and fluffy, silky, fur. :3 Very very time consuming though, so I'll probably not do quite so much detail on my next fuzzy TF subject.

Tomorrow/today will be me wrapping up the letters and drawing in some futa alts for the comic. I do have some family visiting unexpectedly again, so I may send those out to C...

Astronaut Werewolf Flat colors

Those exterior space ship scenes took so many hours to get the flat colors down on, but I'm very happy with them. And the entire comic overall. :3

I'm currently working on the shading, and then the lettering. I think this all should be done and sent out on time for the 7th of August.

I'm pretty happy with this last page! Doing the scifi backgrounds was a nice change of pace. :3

Last page! This one was pretty fun with the floating poses, but I struggled with that 3rd panel so much. I'm including a discarded sketch for it. I think this was the 4th or 5th try before I finally did the sketch I kept. D; It's pretty terrible, but was the "second best" so I saved the layer instead of deleting it.

My hands were pretty shaky when I sketched this page. But I think it kinda works for her distorted form?
I'm also not sure if she's going to end up with a helmet on for this one or not. There was a concept of her snout busting out of her helmet on the last page, but we'll see how it goes. Anyways, don't be too surprised if there are some changes between the inks and the sketch!

Astronaut Werewolf page 1 sketch

I'm hoooome! I've actually been back for a few days, but I didn't have any updates to show for this comic until tonight.

This subject is outside of my usual comfort zone with the suits and sci-fi setting so it took me more time with all of the references I looked up. I have a nice little library of space ship and helmet 3D models now. :3

I'll probably also share this sketch publicly in a week or so. It's nice and SFW and that's rare in my comics lol

The Sacrifice Colors

After staring at the colors and messing around with the hues for far too long, I'm ready to call this finished! As is, I couldn't decide on the "correct" colors. I'm partial to the more yellow skin because of contrast, but know the pinker is more harmonious.

Now I just have to wrap up the rest of the variants and prep the files to be sent off before I take my trip!

I'm pretty happy with this one so far!
I've made some progress since saving and I ended up using a different magic circle design.

I wanted to keep the this stage really loose. Or rather, looser than I had been. I think my sketches have been getting too tight lately and I've been getting lost in the details and pushing and pulling them until they were clean enough to almost be inks. Which is fine for a clean sketch commission or something like that. But that's not how I'm intending to use them.

Lions' Pride Colors and a question about Layered Files

Which "lion" is your favorite? I think the couple in the back are mine. :3

This one took me quite a bit longer than I was expecting. Even as long as I've been drawing, it seems I'm always going to underestimate the time to finish something. ^^; I think I have around 25+ hours logged in it.

I still wanna do a futa alt for this, and probably a fluids version. But before I do that, I wanna shift gears and start the sketch for the last, creepier, piece for June.

Lion's Pride Inks and Flat colors

Here are the inks and some local flat colors for the Pride piece for June! I think the shading may take me a bit still, but if anyone here wants to give it some of their own colors, then feel free! Please just don't share the full res lines publicly, since they are for patrons, and of course credit me. If you do, you are welcome to change the base colors as much as you like. I probably will be adjusting them quite a bit as I work.

Ended up settling on 7 characters for this one. :D
I made a few small changes to the faces of the girls on the left compared to the last wip, mostly reflecting their various states of transformation better!

I'm not sure on alts for this one just yet, maybe a futa version, but I doubt I'll do any fur color swaps like I did for Ann.

"Base" Ann is done! I still have to do all of the futa alts, but those will go out when I send the files at the end of this term. :)
Thanks for the suggestions on the coat and fur/skin patterns! I also included all of the "full fur" versions for those that preferred that option.
Playing with the file for this one, and removing the background, makes me very tempted to do stickers. But I'm not sure if there's a real interest for those here? Lemme know what you think!

Wooorking on colors.
I have mixed feelings on the top half of her face being human. What do you guys think? Go "all panther" on her head?

I think her "human bits" are probably not super clear in the inks, but hopefully the colors will change that!

There's one day left in the poll, but Ann Takamaki as a "panther" is so far ahead of the other options that I don't see her not making a place in the top three.

File hosting issues

Edit- Issue has been resolved!
We had some issues a few hours ago with files not being able to be accessed via the download links due to a hosting problem, but it has been fixed now!
