Kaleidoscope

As some of you know, there are a lot of scientific logics that our world is based upon. Da Vinci even drew the Man of Vitruvius, and studied things like the golden ratio. This was, for us also, a very intriguing concept to study with photographs. 

We ended up with these Kaleidoscope-like images. Some remind me of centaurs, some remind me of a crab, an octopus or other animals. It's crazy how certain shapes and forms keep coming back in the world around us, and also in our own body....

These shoes are made for walking...

I recently bought some stripper shoes. 'Stripper shoes?', I hear you ask. Not to do stripteases, no, merely because I loved the design and wanted to incorporate them in a shoot.

So here we are: 3 versions of me. Bare feet, my fiery stripper shoes & my kick-ass emo boots. And honestly, I'd be a damn good stripper in another life!

I'm in love with an emo girl

To be honest? I needed an excuse to show off my emowear! It's a style I've been getting into lately, and I absolutely adore it. It makes me feel like the badass chick I know I can be, but sometimes need to be reminded of!

Into The Heather

While Kirsten & I were shooting in the Kalmthoutse Heide, a public nature park, a herd of sheep passed us by. The sheperd was kind enough to let the sheep pass by me so we could grab some amazing Polaroid shots! The end result is stunning, although I did shock some elderly passerby... Oh well. We suffer for art, and we shock other people for it as well!

Bricks & Bikini Bottoms

My house is beginning to take shape. It's a lot of hard work to do everything by myself, but it's so worth it, and it makes for a great shooting location. The sun is showing itself more and more, so outdoor shooting will be more present on Patreon (yay!) but it also means more risk of sunburns and squinting eyes, which isn't really flattering.

Singing In The Rain

Do you sing under the shower? I do! Although I don't have the best voice, I love to write songs. It's one of the many things that give me peace...

Lucky Chair

Bodylotion, some boudoir lighting, an artistic nude model and a great photographer... This chair is lucky! Or is it? It got very oily from my lotioned skin, but it's leather will now shine forevermore! Maybe a good trick for those looking to revamp their furniture: let a nude model pose on it.

Stuck in the Studio

Modeling days can be extremely lengthy. Sometimes I'm shooting 7 hours just to create certain shots! On top of that comes the fact that you need to be somewhat trained to be able to handle certain poses for a long time. I only had one occassion where I couldn't handle it anymore: being in a lake in the cold wintertime when it was extremely windy. 

Nude? YES! Beauty truly is suffering sometimes...
