Hey dudes. Here is the colour palette for witchblade. I’ve also started trying to learn how to sculpt. I hope you guys like snails.

Nearly done WIP

Wanted to show the scale a bit. It’s 1/4 scale. Thought this was the easiest way to add the lights to the eyes for the demons. I think I’m going back to 1/6th for a while now because I’m seriously running out of space.

WIP witchblade

I am dumping a load of pics today. I wanted to show the demons with their lights on they have green eyes and with the lights off they have white eyes. Also managed to get skin tones done today and I made a decision to glue things in place due to the wires. I really need to find or make a nice connector for separating model parts but maintain connections for power. Cable inside the demons

Here’s a pretty self explanatory video about getting the wires inside. Same thing for the rest of the model for the torso I just cut out the key on one of the legs at the hips and made a hole big enough to find the stiff cable with a tweezers.

Saturday Wips

Yo…. I got some work done today. Actually not a lot by my usual standards, legit took me like 3 hrs to get myself in front of the camera, just didn’t feel like filming myself this morning. I got a short video to show how I got the wires inside coming for you guys soon as I edit it up it’s real short tho but might help someone

Hey dudes. Here’s a little WIP update from today. Also I tested the brass idea on the base. Any thoughts? I think it’s a good shout but I’m going to shade the knots to dull them a bit and then I think it’ll be perfect.

I was driving to work this morning thinking. I am pretty sure I didn’t top up the resin on that printer. Nah. I wouldn’t be that dumb. Not me. No way I’m so on top of everything like that there’s just no way I’d miss such a small detail. Well. Guess what?

Distracted as usual

I spent waaay too long doing the one demons eye lights and I was not meant to do that today. Im always getting distracted , I swear it’s my super power.

Tomorrow I think I start on the tree of destiny.

My day has consisted of this….

I prepped some parts for painting and built some thighs. But I also started supporting witchblade in 1/4 scale and uploaded an extra video for this week. I will link this for you guys to watch first. I think I make this video live on the weekend. I’m not sure yet.

Took a day for me

Hey dudes. Sorry for no update last two days. I took some time to do something personal for a little bit. I really love building things and this gundam robot mech boi has been a real treat. I got this a few months ago at the salute convention (it didn’t fit in my car so we had to fold the box up and take all the sprues out haha) and I already see all the content creators building these things for content so I’m gonna be late to the party as usual haha also I’m thinking of lighting it (...

Some testing

I did some high speed prints at 0.1 layer using the old anycubic speed resin and the new. And the 2.0 new version is so much more flexible like it’s actually really good. Annoyingly it’s speed resin so there isn’t much point in printing at lower layers because it’s designed to be printed fast and thick, just like yer mum! Anyway. I’ve been testing all day, and preparing videos…. Super distracted as usual! How was your day?
