I’ve been tattooing all day but I had some help in the shop with supporting to get a million prints on the printers. I can’t wait to show you dudes. I hope to be able to show tommorow or Sunday. Let’s hope no errors occur over night!

I made some progress today. Broke my neck while sleeping last night so it was a tough ride but I made it through most of the day. So close to being done now.

Some scenes that are behind in nature

Here is an update from today. I was super distracted had to take the trash to the dump cos I don’t have trash collection available at my studio for some reason and I need to go to the dump every two weeks. But also my daughter came to help clean shelves today as the dust was getting a bit out of hand and to get her ears pierced. Anyway I managed to get Donnie’s skin tones done. And I suspect that by tomorrow I’ll have most of it done if I don’t get distracted again.

Knuckling down

Put in some work today on this turtle of destiny. I’m not completely done with the base but I think it’s almost there. Next step the frog. Damn I just realised I should’ve primed them today so they could be dry and ready by the time I get in tomorrow…

So I did put myslef in the deep end by painting and extra model this week but what’s the point in testing a printer if you don’t paint what comes out right? Well this is the result of testing printers, oh and also a possible replacement for orcish dermis if anyone can find it…

A lot is still happening I tried to take on Murphy’s law but he beat me… it’s ok though plates are plating and I’m just getting stuff ready for a huge day of prep and a weekend of painting.

Here’s a behind the scenes. Imagine the scene for a second. I have to have a video fully edited of a fully painted statue ready by next Wednesday. The statue has only just been put into the printers and there’s 5 plates to do. I’m not panicking, you are.

I think I found similar colour to orcish dermis

So I had some time today and since I was testing the creality yesterday (the model printed really well actually. I did no tuning hahaha I’m so lazy now days I just wanna plug and play and this machine did that surprisingly, but that’s not what I’m posting about. Since I had a model that wouldn’t take much to complete I figured I might as well paint it for the video of the machine anyway and at the same time test a theory. Unfortunately I cannot find this new paint in stock at my own ...

So creality still love me hahaha they sent the new halot mage s for me to try. With some high precision resin. I left a full plate on it when I went home so either I’m going to have a nice surprise tomorrow or I’m going to have a nice surprise haha

Hey dudes. Sun is out in uk for our one day of the year. I’m not working. I refuse. Gonna have what us South Africans call a braai (it’s bbq for the rest of the world) and wash my car. Hope wherever in the world you are your prints are succeeding and you are having a great time.

I have finished early but this doesn’t mean I am off the hook. I still got a box art model on its way that I got to do. And waiting on Donatello to start printing. Plus I haven’t even started looking at that anycubic m7 yet. 👀

Update and btc

Soo I somehow missed that I needed to tattoo today and that kinda upset the works being done damnit. But I did get a tiny bit of work done on Gwen. And also I got to go test my little racing wing and can confirm it works so well. Needs a slightly bigger motor but otherwise flies like a dream!!

Tested some resin for nova

I am still very much in the fence with washable resins. I don’t know how long it’ll last. It may explode in the future. It’s very flexible. Like very very flexible. But gardens when it cures. Another dump of turtle

So if you’ve been u see a rock lately you’d probably not know that I’m painting these frogs from a ninja movie or something. Well I’m about 90% done with what I’d call table top level painting just to get these bad boys done in time for the video upload this week. Much of stuff is happening I got some news today of a printer that I am bursting to share but I can’t yet. As they say, all in good time.

Behind of the scenes

So I got raph mostly done. And I got base coats on Leo.

Im unlocking that channel called “critique my model” in discord tonight. And tomorrow I’m going to go live for an hour or so just for patreons. I aim for about 2pm uk time. I still have loads to do but I think we can make it work.

Turtle dump.

Today I started (very distractedly) on raph. I should’ve completed him today but I got so distracted because I decided to make another fpv wing but super small and that always keeps my brain from concentrating cos all I wanna do is solder and build the thing.

Busy next few days as I get a video together for the printer and complete the edit for this weeks video too.

Kinda, for some stuff done today but I also ended up filming with George for a surprise for this video coming. I can let you guys know but it’s super behind the scenes info… well, I’m gonna give away a gktwo from Uniformation in this first video of the series. As well as each video will pick a new winner for one of the turtles stl files.
