I was unsure about how exactly I wanted to portray her, but eventually I decided on exploiting her large stature and lore of being obsessed with gaining your attention. Although I really like the progress, there are still some adjustments to be made towards her face to make her more adorable.~

"Vex doesn't look all too pleased..."

This art was a source of great frustration for me. It took me several attempts to try and illustrate it in a way where I thought it was acceptable. The mistake I made was not scrapping the weak pose in the early stages and starting fresh with a better one. But we learn from our mistakes and this is certainly something I will be learning from.

PS: I am on Xmas break now, but posts will continue as normal!

If there was ever a piece of art I created that was incredibly challenging to get it to look how I want it, this would be it. This piece continues to frustrate me as I work through it. Something just looks off to me. At least the soles are to die for. <3

I'm really happy with how the rendering concluded in this image. I experimented with larger gaps in hue between the shading layers and the brighter tones. All in all, we arrived at one shiny booty.

December Update - Clean Slate

For most of November, I have been playing catch up with my work schedule due to the combination of illnesses and accepting far too much work that I could handle. On reflection of this, I will be spending December focusing on completing existing projects, like the Kerfus animation & other incomplete sketches, so I have a clean slate for the new year. The poll art will continue as normal as an illustrated piece.

Understandably, I will be taking a short vacation over Xmas to spend time...

Oct / Nov YCHs

I'm currently going through some illness and health issues so I have been working at a slower pace than usual... but that said, here's a handful of YCHs I completed back in October / November! <3

As I was given artistic liberty for this wonderful character, I thought I would try something new and refreshing for the pose! ^^

Raven Team Leader Animation

I proudly present the completed monthly poll animation! <3

I'm incredibly satisfied with the end result. It took me a little while to figure out how to make the foot job look like it had a firm grip on the dick, but a simple reduction of movement seemed to do the trick. :3

In addition, I have scrapped the background entirely for a more clean looking "Fortnite" colour gradient. I think this worked for the better in the end and I learnt not every animation needs a fancy backgroun...

Experimenting with Dynamics

The exploration of this sketch was intended to research into how to properly display the illusion of movement and dynamics in drawings. Who better to test on than Joji himself? :3

Still needs some work, but the groundwork is there!~

Ideas for illustrations

I've spent a little time brainstorming ideas for drawings with some familiar characters I like. I'm hoping to finish some of these in future and use them as shading / colouring studies.~

Product Testing - Scene 3 Complete

Hoi all! <3~

The third scene is finally cooked. For this internal shot, I brought the animation into my video editing software early to try some new post processing effects that I'd long since disregarded as too complicated for me to learn. With that in mind, I believe it's easy for me to say that taking the time to learn these effects has paid off already, adding another layer of immersion to the animation.
