"Ideas" Monthly - November

This month, over Thanksgiving, I worked another couple of image ideas.

This time I'm just working from earliest to latest on the remaining Ideas from a Hat. Thank you Influencers for the ideas! I plan to focus on doodling the remaining ones over December (five left in the bucket).

Payments on this Patreon are on temporary pause

This message is similar to ones I posted in #announcements on the "PostalRoo's Patreon Party" server on Discord.

Due to a family medical emergency, I have to still pause activities like image polls and larger projects. It's unfortunate, but the time spent handling this crisis has made me pause on a lot of things.

As a result, this Patreon will no longer charge on a month-to-month basis. It'll continue to be "free" until things calm down and I can make commitments again. I...

Sketchtober (All Patrons)

Hey everyone,

Hoping everybody had (or is having) a Happy Halloween. As a reminder, this Patreon is still on pause and you shouldn't expect a charge from me this month.

However, I have been slowly trying to recover while still caring for a very sick extended family. I managed a little time here and there to try to sketch (though it's mostly vent stuff and incomplete ideas)

I don't expect things to return to normal in November, but I'll keep maintaining a trickle, and likely ...

I have to pause on Patreon again...

... due to further close family medical emergencies. I have already flown out once again, and put my day-job on pause (as long as I can and I hope they don't fire me).

The Patreon is currently still on a per-project cadence, and will not charge unless I manage to release something. Don't worry about monthly charges from me.

I apologize that this means October/Halloween might come up empty this year. I don't think I have energy to ...

Hi all,

Alright, I'll get to the bad news directly. A close family member is in the middle of a medical emergency right now and I have to fly to them and help care for the family there. This is a dire situation and I have to drop almost everything again to help out.

Once again, payments have been put on pause. I've moved the Patreon to 'per creation' for now, which will block any month-to-month billing. This is different from before because I don't have to manually pause each mont...

[Poll] Second place - second chance

A special theme this time around. I received an overwhelming amount of questions about the last poll because results were extremely 'neck-and-neck' ;)

As a result, I thought it would be good to make the next poll around something that gave a lot of really-close-second-place images another shot. Some of these lost by one vote, some of them are only second place because I had to make a tie-breaker. Two of them lost a three-way tie and I had to roll dice just to pick a winner.

Ew, why are these all crusty looking? Are those scan lines?!

Yeah... I did a traditional all over some paper. I had to (obviously) stitch some of the scans together in Photoshop afterward because my scanner is tiny (and old). I enjoyed drawing them, though. It's a good way to get some weird ideas on a page.

First of all, this is very unfortunate news to break. CGoCI has been in off-and-on development since July of last year, supported (and funded) by fans all over. I deeply apologize for disappointing you all with this sudden news. I've already broken the news to the Cursed Game team last weekend, and will give the same news publicly on FA soon. Free month again (August 1st)

Once again, I deeply apologize for the inconvenience, but I have to delay current artwork due to life circumstances. "Ego Stroking" is still in progress, but probably won't see an update until some time in August.

My apartment situation has gotten worse and I need to spend the remaining month aggressively hunting down and moving into a new place. I'm currently living out of a suitcase and relying on the kindness of friends I know in the area, so I just cannot work on this kin...

If you're new to the PostalRoo Patreon or have not yet joined the Discord (via Patreon's system), this may come as a huge shock. Under normal circumstances, this part of the month is when I fill the update feed with tons of sketches and the finished result of this month's work.

Unfortunately, the month of June hasn't been kind to the 'roo, between surprise weekend visits, apartment flooding (yeah, really), and having to chase after claims just to get things b...
