Normally I wouldn't be doing an update at this time, but an issue was discovered where the files for windows seemed to be corrupted. I didn't want to roll back versions, so I decided I would just do a proper update.

You know, normally when I say android builds are difficult, I mean like it could take a week of dedicated work to get things going. Thats normally enough of a setback of just effectively no progress really.
Like the android release was supposed to come out before the end of last month and we're at the middle of this month.

It's taking much longer due to one main major issue. For some reason touch didn't work on non-Samsung devices.
Thats the biggest problem I've been trying to solve for two like fucking weeks.
There's some other issues but those are minor, and often relate even to PC.
This issue has been, semi-resolved, at least it stopped happening. But it seems to have broken other things.

Cinematic place holders are done! Pretty much, it's complete as much as it needs to be right now.
Like I said while playing through the story now you'll see a lot of 'scene descriptions' these are place holders where cinematics should be. Over time and based on priority these place holders will be replaced with proper scenes.
There're actually some new scenes already made from before I considered the faster method. So late you may see a few.

Hey peeps, sorry I'm late with the update this month, lie I said last month the work on the outfit stuff was a bit long and very draining. But the bulk of the work is complete.
In-short my concerns about content outside of story stuff is satiated. Even if all the content isn't complete by the time the build is ready, at the very least there will be a steady stream of updates to add!

Hey peeps, sorry this update is late. Was waiting on some previews.
Today features some more work by Kekitopu (the wariza ones) and Warlord Rexx (Legs together), fyi due to the length of the loops I couldn't loop them perfectly)). There's still one more animator but their stuff isn't ready to show yet. Understand these animation sets are 17 animations EACH. It's a lot of work especially when hiring new people....

Proper explanation post will follow, but here's some notes:
- There's a known issue where the first line of dialogue may be skipped sometimes.
- Most events are place holder, these should be obvious (unless the dialogue is skipped...)
- The progression stuff in general doesn't REALLY activate until Act 2, then escalates through acts. ATM most of this is in a development state meaning it may not be communicated too well or balanced properly. The point is if these things...

Not April fools lol, would have been nice if it was but unfortunately, it's not.
Like I said last month I planned to have a build release which included progression stuff, that's almost done. Normally I would just keep working and release when it's ready, but I have family stuff I promised to do this weekend.

Alright as of now the build works from Act 0 to the start of Act 4! As such I think it's a good time to ask for feedback and tell people now's the time to try the story if you held back until fixes slowed down.
You can also feel free to wait until later if you don't want spoilers. But for everyone who played I would love feedback!

It's been a long time since the last build release, and this one is still very limited. Reason being is this release is SOLELY focused on getting feedback on the story and dialogue. So, for all reading this, I don't recommend increasing your sub for this build unless the story is what you cared about the most. And even then, there's no cinematics for that story.
That means the presentation is severely inhibited, and also potentially it's enjoyment. To me that brings concern that people ...

This build is intended to be for feedback on the story and contains. There is a possibility that there may be soft locks or other issues.

- You can save the game every evening, if you're interested in story feedback I recommend multiple saves for future updates

I managed to meet my goal this month of having the story dialogue functional in the game loop.
That means right now the game will play from the intro, and in theory, to the start of Act 4. And not just sequentially but as part of the game loop with phases and days. Of course, though there's little to no presentation to it, only the bare minimum for functionality.
This is a crucial milestone and what we've been working towards all this time.

Some people have expressed the last update was, “disappointing” for them. There’re various reasons why. I try to keep expectations in check, but sometimes people can get the wrong impression. Maybe they read one post and not another, there’s only so much that can really be done.
