Finally well enough to wear normal clothes and I'm up and walking around!
currently my upper lip is still quite numb but happy to say that almost 100 percent of my pain is gone which is great
Pretty brutal recovery process but it seems like I'm healing faster than usual which is really great.
I've been reading everyones messages and keeping up with the discord when I'm, feeling well enough and it's been motivating me to c...

Lewis is good! As good as can be expected for someone who just got their face sawed in half…
Speaking of… apparently Lewis COMPLETELY FORGOT that he was also getting his wisdom teeth out with this surgery. It wasn’t until the surgeon did he pre-surgery check & reminded him of the process that he recalled!… and then he forgot again, until he asked me (Jaz) today why the back of his jaw hurt so much.

It’s now been 24h since we returned home. Lewis is still not in any pain - - he’s on a regular dose of Oxy which is really great at stopping the pain!… but also makes him really foggy in the head.
There’s a huge post surgery care routine that has to happen, including
- 3 x regular pain meds (Oxy, Panadol & nurofen)
- an antibiotic twice a day
- medicated mouthwash after every meal
