I tried some traditonal art to change the pace. I was planning to make this a digital artwork later as well :)

You probably recognize the character, but just in case, She's Shantae on her Monkey form.

Tabby's favorite spot

A concept sketch I made last year trying to depict Tabby's favorite spot. This tree is located on a hilltop near their house. You can also get a clear view of the city from there.

Thanks to your contribution I was able to buy a domain name for the first time!

At the moment I'll be using my blog as a web page, because I can't afford  monthly payments for fancy site with a custom theme and its own hosting service, but it's a step in the right direction :)

I'll be sharing this pretty soon in all social media considering how late I already am in regard to holiday artworks. 

Since I was already late, I didn't rushed the process, and I took some extra time to polish all the details.

My pen tablet

Back in 2008 I was barely learning how to use digital tools, and I was also discovering the possibilities of a little program named Photoshop.

I was completely inexperienced at using the computer for any sort of art or design activity, and every attempt ended up in a complete failure. Not a single of my basic drawing skills was useful to me at the time.

Shantae Doodle test

Since my computer is not going to be functional for a couple of days, I decided to make a test with this doodle.

I  drew this picture of Shantae from my 2DS and exported the file on an SD card, from the SD card I was able to share it directly from my phone.

This must  the first time I've tried sharing a digital artwork without editing on my PC, because until recently, I needed my PC to do all the process, and it was virtually impossible.

So here's the story I managed to save the file as jpeg and just when I was about to upload it, the computer failed xD

 If you were able to read my previous post you'll now that I'm having electricity shortages in my house, and I'm unable to work peacefully without my computing rebooting  the power supply fails out of nowhere.

Minor unexpected problems

Currently working on the comic strip I mentioned before about the patron status. To be honest I'm basically done with it, but I been having some completely unexpected problems with electricity in my house. The computer has been rebooting while I'm working due to power shortages, it happened 9 times last night, until I decided to stop working. I'm sure that it doesn't have to do with the computer because all the lights when off today while working. I'll probably have to consult an electrician s...
