I decided to wait until I had the complete piece, and condense the process, like I did with the Lin Slatter artwork, to avoid sharing too many sketches and so you could see it all at once :)

It was originally made as a small 40x30 pixel art, but It was too small to be appreciated on a PC monitor or smartphone screen, so I expanded the size using photoshop.

Bought Pixel Paint 3DS

If you follow my works closely, you might have noticed that I've been using Flipnote 3D a lot recently, mostly because of how practical it is to make animations while painting directly on the screen. 

However, I'm aware of the size limitations of the screen, compared to using a tablet monitor or more sophisticated equipment.

The sketch started pretty rough and messy because I did it pretty fast. I made it like that just in case I needed to scrap the whole scene and had to start over .

New OC (August 2016)

Recently I was sketching as usual, and I decided to try to create a character with a different body type. I wanted to draw a round, but adorable girl and she came out.

I was originally planning to add her nekomimi, but I went for the opposite instead. At the moment, I haven't decided if I'm gonna keep the canine features.

For the second evolution I imagined a playful scenario, a Charmeleon playing with his trainer in the snow. 

I pictured the regular Charmeleon would hate to be covered in snow in such a cold environment, so this is a perfect scenario for his counterpart.

This time I wanted to depict how an ice Charmander would behave compared to the original. 

As you can see, they obviously like cold places, so if you owned one, you would need to adapt your house to their needs  :)

Roll Sketch (2013)

I decided to clean the sketch and make it a black and white artwork. It was bit more work than I expected, considering I had the base for it, but it was mostly because I had to redraw many elements while making clean outlines for it. 

In the end, it turned out looking great and I hope you like it :)
