The sketch session where I established the idea for the "Player 2" artwork of Luigi, as well as the bouncy animated Jigglypuff.
At this point I wasn't practicing with flipnotes animations yet, I just thought it would be cute and funny to see that idea animated. After I practiced a bit, I decided to revisit the idea and this is what I got: Jigglypuff(rough)

Pixel illustration of Abril that I made using Flipnote Studio 3D.
I was planning to use this as a sketch to make an artwork of her, but I scrapped the idea, because I made a new version from scratch.
Even when the tools are a bit limited, drawing directly on the screen sure feels more natural.

It was never released for unknown reasons. Although I imagine that it was due to the fact that my audience had a different expectation for the characters at the moment, and I decided to draw something different.
I wanted to add Linker, but I didn't wanted him to be intrusive so I added a plushie/chibi version of him.

I'm really playing Pokemon Yellow though. Apparently you're going to be able to transfer them to the Poke Bank and then to the newer versions.

Granted it takes longer to make, but I think it might make it more interesting to read if it's presented in a comic style. I spent hours searching for the exact gaming magazine that I used for the original sketch, since I didn't have a clue where to start.
