It's a little wordy and confusing, so i'm thinking on just making it stars?

It's monday's post, but, today! Wanted to post now, worked on it a lot
Alright! Got all the motions i wanted in, in. I was hoping to keep her arm and everything not 'important' to the action at a low frame rate but the arm was too important, and it was actually quite a task to move it in space, towards the camera, in time lol. Also have her holding onto him back there while that end contracts.
Getting a lot of practice here though.

Hey guys! So i'm getting close to Ready-For-Inking! All i really need to do at this point is add her ear tufts to the whole thing, smooth out that blue part in the middle, and design her cute BRB screen! No other big gaps in it.

Hey! So, the schedule is like offset right now, so instead of making you guys wait until next week to get this colored, I'm just going to color it tomorrow. No big family plans for me tomorrow, so i might as well~

Was getting a little frustrated with how far apart milestones are in the other animation so i spent a couple hours on this!
Nothing to report atm on Digging In : I'm working on the script right now, should be ready for thumbnailing soon

I really ought to stick to like one second loops lol. This is quite a project.
Added a lot of things, more inbetweens (though the buzzing segment still needs more), added more to Ian's closeup, added her tail to the whole thing. Added some subtle things like her beathing heavier as she gets closer, a new pose during the end, where she rolls upwards, as well as some contracting.
Still a way to go, but this is decent progress!

(relatively) big and heavy, with long arms to wrap around somebody~ A cozy chonkyer for sure. And pondolotl seems to get requested a lot! I'm a little surprised, but happy to see it.

Here's the first one of the day. Orricane keeps ending up in this role, somehow~ A bit of a slip and slide, for those looking for a weird thrill. TBH it's easier to justify this kink with Daisy, with the telekinesis-escape? And the telepathy for communications. But i guess she and Jonah just have a lucky setup. Any other weirdos looking to get eaten have to improvise, it seems...

Alright! This was actually a ton of work. I remember when i only had a simple script for All Tied Up, but i guess i spent a good chunk of time making a set model for it. Preproduction is always surprisingly tough!
So, the story is ready to be expanded from the "Events Per Page" Treatment, to the Full Script that I draw from. The script usually takes a day or two, and then thumbnailing can begin.

I was curious about inking/coloring the animation like Camotli, or Mabit, and doing it low res. Theoretically it would speed up the time to do it and have less line wobble, because there's so little space between pixels, you know? But this took a good 35 minutes to do from the existing thumbnail, so i don't think it's the way to go.
Ultimately the issue is not having reference layers in Aseprite. They're too useful for coloring tons and tons of things at once.

Last one for today. Wanted to call it on the previous one, but i wanted to give my old marker tool a shot for all the toning. Looks like i remember it, but i do miss my old Art Pen that let me rotate the brush by rotating the pen itself. It's a little fiddlier to get that rectangle shaped thing into all the spots it needs to be in, but tis doable~

Second sketch today, this time mixing in some of the old marker tool i used to use for toning sketches a couple years ago. I'm not super wild about how grainy the pencil scrapes are, and might fiddle around with it later. I want that like, texture, but also i don't want it to be so noisy. In case you didn't see the teaser i put up for the $1 tier, here's the situation.
I went a little overboard and put a 40 second animation sequence WIP together. I think it's my longest animation to date. It's been a few days worth of work, and because it was on top of the usual schedule, it's going in the $5+ tiers for Bonus Tale stuff.
