1) I continue to do the sketchpoll stuff on Mondays

2) I put the sketchpolls on hold and use Monday to work on Haven as well.

I'm curious. Would you guys prefer i keep doing the sketchpolls like this, or postpone them for a bit, and spend that extra day on Haven to get the comic out sooner? I'll make a poll on that, i think.

wip : Haven, the split page

Hey, figured i'd do this last bit of weird work haven needed on my day off.

These two pages were originally one page, but it was really cramped, and there wasn't enough room for the text. Considering i wanted to keep this little mini scene of jenny giving examples of how fucking other pokemon can be a little tough sometimes, i ended up stretching the page into two.

WIP : Haven - Main Lettering Complete

Hey everybody, progress report. I spent the entire evening putting in all of the text. Might seem like an easy thing, but it's one of the most tedious parts of making a comic. You manually copy paste every line from the script into the pages, then place them all over their thumbnail balloon position, and then manually newline around inside them until they are shaped roughly like the balloon in question. It's a really boring, time consuming thing to do lol

Update / WIP - Haven Project Document, etc

Just a bit of an update! It might not look like it, but getting all these set up with all their folders, page numbers, logos and such takes a lot of tedious work.

Took a while, but they're all ready to work on as individual finished pages. I wanted to have some work done on the big background in panel 1, but that'll be for tomorrow it seems.

I also adjusted the text at the bottom of the page, and this visual adjustment carries over to all my other commission templates...

I've been spending my time in bed watching some let's plays of an old hamtaro game. Dude has a lot of pokemon romhack playthroughs that are fun to mellow out to, but holy shit was this game just oozing with charm.

I hardly ever watched hamtaro back when i was a kid, but i remember thinking Bijou and her ridiculous french accent were just a d o r a b l e, and i simply had to doodle her.

A real big sketch session with a real big dogbuddy! Arcanine's always fun, and houndoom is a pretty great buddy as well. I don't do a lot of Female Anal, so this was a fun change of pace.
