Two years ago I bought several colors from 'Master Series Paints Core Colors'. I used them for the first time to paint lava. I wanted to try a new colors.
I used : 09094 Clear Red and 09098 Clear Magenta. There colors are very good for painting.

I have changed colors on the Katakros' base a little bit. There is a lot of blue, cold colors on the top of composition, so I added blue colors also at the base. The lava is very warm in the middle of the base and start to be colder on the edges.

Recently I have painted the Yundun The Atlantean Dragon's head and neck. I spent a lot of hours until to find a good color composition. You can find it on the work progress photos.

Hello everyone;)
Last days I have been painting the Dragon from Karol Rudyk Art. It was very difficult for me to find good colors and patterns. On the photos you can find my first ideas about painting.
First time I used a few new colors from AK Interactive. Especially brighting and pastel colors. They cover very well, so I didn't have problem with painting strong lights. You can find which colors I used on the pdf.

Here you can find how I changed the base during the painting. The first base ( first four photos) was too small for the dragon so I added more stones and built bigger base. For creating stones I used foamed pvc. At the and of painting I added wood under stones. The dragon looks now more monumental.
