Changes to Rewards Distribution Method

1st Illustration - Question

Well since this is technically my first set of reward posts I'm not sure if I 100% understood the system, as the help pages seem... esoteric at best... but from what I gather if the $10 Tier patrons can see the posts of the $5 Tier and the $15 Tier patrons can see both the $5 and $10 Tiers as well, am I correct?

Meaning that everyone should technically have access to their appropiate rewards the way I posted things.

However, if I'm wrong and it doesn't work like that please leave...
