OMG! Octavia's wip is here! The last drawing of Octavia was a long time ago with her maid outfit XD, but today, she wanted to surprise us with a different outfit like the "night maiden"! Here I will play a lot with the theme of lights and bright effects, I have already thought about the outfit, so I hope you really like it ^^

I know there are 4 different versions of Starlight, but this was my favorite! It reminded me of the gothic version of Fshy that I drew a few months ago hehe xD, but anyway I hope you like the drawing guys!
