As Alex discover, the readme file on Kowloon v.0.3. seem not saying that the building texture can be replaced depending on what time of your race, please refer to the images above in regard to the models.ini file and setting of the Sol config.
1. Make sure you use CSP 1.76 or lower, CSP 1.77 cannot have the unencrypted custom track lights

My recreation map of Kowloon and Special Stage Route-X has advantage of 6-lanes A.I. SP lines that can be use to have fun in speeding through traffic. The first thing you need to do is download and install Custom Shader Patch and Content Manager for Assetto Corsa to be able to tune the map. To activate congested traffic, follow these steps:
1. Go to settings in Content Manager, tab Custom Shader Patch, find New AI Behaviour and make sure it is active

When You auto-update to 1.16.4 (August 2021) and use CSP 1.76 or lower together with Sol 2.X.X, You will likely encounter CSP A.I. Flood not working in Track Day. To Fix this, you must have access to latest CSP (1.77) and legacy file of AC 1.16.3 (2021).
1. Install CSP 1.77
2. Load most of Your car mods in trackday, this will initialize 'windshield' update; You will find most of CSP track mods light mods of the track NOT WORKING on CSP 1.77
