Apology regarding the unupdated Kowloon's readme file

to my Patreons,

As Alex discover, the readme file on Kowloon v.0.3. seem not saying that the building texture can be replaced depending on what time of your race, please refer to the images above in regard to the models.ini file and setting of the Sol config.

1. Make sure you use CSP 1.76 or lower, CSP 1.77 cannot have the unencrypted custom track lights

2. Make sure you have compatible Sol, for example Sol 2.2 compatible with CSP 1.76, while i use Sol 2.1.3 with CSP 1.75. Newer version of CSP is compatible with older version of Sol, yet newer version of Sol will not work properly to the older version of CSP.

3. Make sure you uncheck the 'controlled by sol' (see images above) if you have problem to switch on CSP lights

4. Make sure you calibrate your Auto Exposure if you find the track lights is too bright
