W.I.P Mordred joins the track team

Quick look at the upcoming piece I'm working on.

The process is a little more ahead of the wip but I'd like to show you the line art version of it.

Because I've been doing mostly speed painting and rough concepts at work lately, my line works is getting rusty over time.

I spent more time on polising the line art of this piece as I wanted to gain back some of the confident of being able to do clean lines without any bells and whistles of rendering .

September 2023 rewards preview

Thank you for your patience. Here's the preview of September rewards.

A new reward sets is also a new challenge to create a new look for Mordred.

Until now, except for the gloves, I haven't fully utilize the knight armor in any other outfits. Therefore, I wanted to have the armor as the center piece and design the look around it.

For aesthetic reasons, I took the liberty to remove "a few pieces" of the armor set while still maintaining the overall silhouette, especially when...

[Nude] Mordred's tea

Mordred still drinks tea the old fashion way like when she was knight of the round table.

Maybe pure accident but I feel like the nude version actually works better when creating contrast with the cold rain outside.

It also shows how great British tea can keep you warm :)

Spooky Demon Mordred + variations

Sorry I'm late on this year's Halloween illustration.

Mordred shows up in her demon form to take away your candies while offering something else :)

Originally I planned on doing something cuter for the costume but sexy demon was just too enjoyable to make, with lots of ideas for variations.

As variations go, I took reference from both real life and video games costumes. Comparing to previous year, I tried to make the overal vibe more mature and fantasy-ish.

First time I've ever said this but this was one of the most random piece I've done, with no thinking nor planning at all.

Now going back for the nude versions, I gave a little more thoughts on Mordred's more revealing looks.

Mordred in a new dress + variations

I wanted to make a new dress for Mordred, something cool, sexy and possibly "interesting" she were to wear it while fighting.

Did some study on dress fashion and found out I have a thing for dresses that reveal a side of the bust. I think it's sexy and elegant at the same time.

Accessories and materials variations are mix match of what I learnd from my study and from what I was able to observe from my everyday surrounding while designing the dress.

Everytime I do a full body illustration of Mordred, I cannot help but treat it like a fashion design challenge to make Mordred look her best.

It was exciting to do the research and combine different style of clothing to create the look but it took way more time than regular sex illustrations.

July 2023 rewards preview

Here's the preview of June's reward set, I'll probably name this "Mordred on a trip".

This piece took longer than I expected because there was many little design difficulties that happened during the process.

Apart from the designs, it was trial and error to figure out the vibe Mordred gives if she were to embark on a solo trip.

Also my ultimate goal was to make Mordred look as cool and stylish as I could, despite some of the variations are not quite practical for traveling~...

It feels like the hotter the weather is, the more lazy I am when it comes to drawing outfits.

The heat is peaking at the point where I gave up on an illustration at the point of just having the character in birthday suit -_-

Anyway, I wanted to do the full nude version of this one for a while now. If you are one of those who found my work at the very beginning, you most likely have seen the original version of this one.

Do you prefer tan lines or no tan lines ?

Floating Mordred + variations

Floating on a surf board can be either fun or boring, depending on who you are.

In case of Mordred, I just assume she would be having fun.

Because the body curves nicely on the surf board, it gave me lots of idea for swimsuit variations.

Here's the preview of June's reward set, really sorry for it being late.

I did a scene that has been in my head for quite a long time. This is from Master's perspective who wakes up in the morning, goes to the balcony and find Mordred up there "borrowing" Master's shirt.

Starting July, I have taken a job in a game studio as a character concept artist. Reason for this decision is for the sake of improving my design and drawing skills, as well as social skill.

[W.I.P] Mordred being blown away~

As much as I would really like to have this one done in July, this month has been incredibly busy and overwhelming that I couldn't get enough energy to have artwork done at the speed that I want.

Mordred absolutely not having it + physical badge preview

Mordred rolling around as a way to protest was an adorable and funny scene in Fate/Apocrypha anime.
Because we haven't seen more of it, I thought I'd try it myself in chibi style.

I feel like chibi gives a better expression of the act as I wanted to emphasize more on cuteness then sexiness.

Mordred's hands are no longer busy (nude version)

If you still remember, in the first version, Mordred was having her hands covered the front.

In this version, she's not entirely convinced but has agreed to let it go.

As for the scenario of what could possible happened, I leave it to your imagination.

Although there's little of it to be showed, I actually enjoyed rendering the abdominal area the most here.

May 2023 rewards preview

Here's the preview of May's reward set.

It is now summer which means it's about time to see Mordred in swimsuits.

I imagined Mordred would look pretty sporty and cool when going to the beach and designed the looks around her doing surfing.

There are a few swimsuits that I made just for the fun of it but for the most part, I tried to keep it somewhat practical enough to ride the waves.

As for the designs of the swimsuits, even though I went through numberous variation...

Mordred's grungy jacket + bottom nude variation

The original version was done a little while ago and upon reflection, I realized there are more room for further improvements.

In the old version, I think I didn't got the jacket quite right. In order to give more  personality to the old jacket, I added some edgy punk-rock rivets

The perspective not only gives a great view of Mordred's behind, but also effectively shows some thicness of the character's thighs area, which is rarely seen.

Mordred's ritual dance + variation

While watching photoshoot videos of professional models, I came across something rather interesting.

The subjects of the shoot were a model and a piece of semi-transparent fabric and the results of their combination really captivated my attention.

What caught my eye was not just the fabric itself, but how it created a sense of movement and elegantly concealed certain parts of the model's body, leaving much to the viewer's imagination.

When asked what the whole swimsuit looks like, Mordred will show you what's under the hot pants (with a little bit of hesitation)

I personally find the brief moment when the character reveals her swimsuit underneath appealing so I created one for Mordred.

I was in a pretty down and confused  after being unfortunately hit with another search suggestion ban on twitter, so I got a bit sidetracked and ended up with more swimsuit variations than I had initially planned~

Mordred got roped + nude variations

First of all, full disclaimer, don't try this at home (or in public), unless you really know the rope.

I wanted to try the infamous japanese rope technique for a while and decided to go for it this time.

Even though I'm well aware of how kinky it is, this bdsm rope technique just creates some of the most interesting shapes from my point of view.
