I think I will name him Clements. I just name my characters with the first name that come to my mind =P. This picture was also a practice for me to reduce the number of layers I use. The full character is painted in one layer and there is another one for the flowers and background.

Part 3 of this request that was really enjoyable to make XP Now is time to make a finished version. I think I should give this chubby horse a name. I'll see what I can come up with XP.
PS: I'm feeling much better. Fortunately, this year it was just a passing flu. I no longer have a fever, and all that remains is a little sore throat and some annoying phlegm.
More designs for the next chapter. I'm suffering from the flu these days, and I can't help but think that around this time last year I was hospitalized for pneumonia. So many bad memories.

The front and back covers for chapter 4, so it's officially finished. Lug and Theo are the main characters of this chapter again, but I wanted to add all the other characters who also appear on the back cover, so after seeing the "Magic Knight Rayearth" outro, I thought I'd draw them as chibis =P

Once again, I made slight changes to the designs, not to the character itself, but to the way I drew the overall style. Simpler strokes to give it a more stylized look, less defined (cartoonish) eyes, a pastel color palette, simpler noses, and minimal shading.
In particular, I think this helps make Theo look more cute, but, as you'll see in upcoming designs, I want to add more recognizable racial traits to each character.

It was fun to leave my comfort zone and doing them a bit more feral like, and thou I think it looks fine I guess it will stay as a sketch. This page was a bit of a challenge. Mostly by the main vignette but all for the dialogs. I wanted to tell various things and I don't like to overcharge the page with text. By the way, for those who may guess, yes, Bart is back at next chapter ;-)
