Gosh, someone is pale!!

I started fasting yesterday!! Not to lose weight, but its a great way for detoxing the body and cleansing it.

Gives your organs a break. Also, it helps achieve mental and spiritual clarity. Sorta like yoga. Together, it is amazing!

I lasted 3-4 days before. I want to try for at least 5 days this time!

Has anyone fasted?

The first 2 days is the toughest and hardest!! Fighting hunger and cravings!!

I am still in shock and numb. She was my soul cat.

One of my 3 cats named DeDe who is a rescue has recently been diagnosed with FIP. A feline coronavirus that calls for 84 days of treatment.

Which will be very very expensive.

I have NO central heating!! Just a coal, wood stove that wasn’t turned on!!

I am wearing thigh high socks! Wool men’s long john’s I brought out today!

A fleece undershirt…a wool long john men’s sweater…

And a turtleneck…forget what the name is…poncho??

I will continue to push myself to take more nudeart although it’s getting COLD for winter!!!
