Welcome to all new patrons (and those who have been here for a while but want a refresher)! Here’s all you need to know about how and when we release our rewards:

When will I be charged?

When you sign up, you’ll be charged at the beginning of the following month. For example, if you sign up for Gold tier April 9th, you’ll be charged $15 at the beginning of May and receive May’s rewards as they are released.

You’ll be charged at the beginning of the month for all subsequent months!

Please note, rewards are not released upon sign up and will be distributed after you’re charged for the first time.

When can I expect to receive my rewards?

Digital rewards get sent out via Patreon message as a download file. You can usually expect them to be in your inboxes by the 8th of the month! If we anticipate delays, we’ll let you know.

Physical rewards are currently experiencing delays and, at this time, ship out the month following the PDF release (for example, if Big Bad X PDFs are distributed in May, it is likely the physical booklets and cards will ship out in June).

We’re working on getting the rewards shipped out the same month as their corresponding PDFs as we become more familiar with our new (quicker!) equipment and streamline the production process. We’ll post an update when physical rewards are shipped out so you know when to expect them!

What about accessing previous rewards?

Past rewards are available to new patrons! We offer up to the previous 6 months of digital rewards from the time of sign up at the monthly price for patrons. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer past physical rewards.

Beyond that, we have individual PDFs and bundles available for purchase on our store! All Big Bads should be available there eventually, so if the one you’re looking for hasn’t made it to hitpointpress.com just yet, it’s only a matter of time!

What if my physical rewards never reach me?

In this case, we ask that you confirm your delivery address listed on your Patreon profile and reach out to our team at support@hitpointpress.com!

There was an issue charging my card. What do I do?

Confirm that your payment method is valid and properly reflected on your Patreon account, then reach out to our team at support@hitpointpress.com so we can look into the issue further!

What if my question or concern isn’t listed here?

Send us a message at support@hitpointpress.com or join our Discord! The team (or another generous member of our Discord community!) will get you the information you’re looking for.

Weekly Update #2

Hey patrons! As promised, here’s our next update!

Booklets and Cards

All Signature and Gold tier booklets have been printed! Now we have to make use of that fancy new cutting machine to get them looking sharp and after that, Signature Tiers will need to be hand stamped.

Check out some progress pics from the production team today!

As for the cards, everything from the last four months has made it to the warehouse!

We’re in the home stretch now! It shouldn’t be too much longer before production wraps up, and then we can get your rewards in the hands of our fulfillment team to prepare them to ship.

In light of the delays, we’ve decided all four of months will ship together, rather than as Gyx/Harathos and Hydrail/Vellai-Axal.

Meet Thulyrix!

They are eggman (goo goo g’joob).

Thulyrix is an occultist protector devoted to nurturing the otherworldly egg in their care. Can you scramble Thulyrix’s plans or will you crack under the pressure?

We anticipate releasing Thulyrix digital rewards on time, though it’s likely physical rewards will ship late. We’ll keep you updated as we get closer to the expected release date!

June's Rewards!

Changes are coming to our tiers!

Hey patrons!

We hope everyone is staying safe and in good spirits! Our tiers are going through a few changes this week and we wanted to update you all on what they're going to look like going forwards!

What’s changing?

The $20 Gold tier! This is turning into the Signature tier and includes everything the original Gold tier had:

• Stamped and numbered physical booklet
• Physical cards
• Art Print
• Digital Rewards

The cost of the Signature tier is $20 and is limited to 200 patrons.

What’s in the new Gold tier?

• Physical booklet
• Physical cards
• Digital Rewards

The cost of the Gold tier is now $15!

The Silver ($10) and Bronze ($2) tiers remain unchanged. 

The new tiers will take effect for July, so if you want to make any changes, be sure to do it before the end of the month! Tendon and Bone will be fulfilled according to the new tiers.

Updated Rewards Timeline

Hey Patrons!  

Considering some delays and disruptions impacting the production of physical rewards due to COVID-19, we wanted to update everyone on what to expect regarding when they might ship out! 

Patrons will get billed for their tier level and PDFs will get sent out during the first week of the month as usual! PDFs are sent by Patreon messages with a download link. Digital rewards are going out as expected! 

The shipping of physical rewards is still on hold. Prince-in-Ivory is the most recent Big Bad to go out, so if you're worried about not receiving Tendon and Bone yet, this is why! Nothing's been lost in transit and we'll be sure to post an update once we have a date we expect to ship the rewards. Our team will get them shipped out as soon as they’re able!
