As I work out, and continue building the components for The Magician, I can't help but be excited that this journey is nearing completion. I have a few more hours of work to do (easily) on the hat, and then I move on to the magical shoulder armor.

Do you remember the time I lit Tyler Hooten on fire? Well not exactly, but I did attach candles to his hand, and light them up one by one. Using REAL fire is dangerous, and this should not be attempted at home. That said, it's a fun project that wasn't explored beyond a few photos. Let's change that!

What a month. Thank you for your patience. I just returned from Oregon, where I mourned the loss of my Grandfather, and comforted my Nana.
Not only that, but I meaningfully connected with family, held space for those that needed it, discovered things both joyous and depressing, started mending my broken relationship with Dad, and tested myself with an occasionally grueling hike (mostly because the rain made things slippery)!

I spent today rolling gently over hills of sand, and connecting with my Aunt and Uncle. It was a most unusual process, starting with letting out the air on the tires of their 4x4 Dodge Ram. To my surprise, it was like riding on clouds as we cruised the open beach. An experience unlike anything I've done. Had such a blast. I even managed to collect a few sea shells to bring back home.

We're fully vaccinated! And so tired. There is a waiting period after, but it feels good knowing we accomplished that.

Your eyes aren't deceiving you! Brooke is actually standing in the snow. During a storm that stranded us on a mountain overnight! A Winter Wonderland, only it's nearly Summer.

Question: How do you paint stars on the models?
Answer: A few ways actually. Sometimes it's the drip method, like on M above. They can take advantage of the downtime by checking their phone!
