Another buzzing week this week!

I got so much written, and I love what I wrote! 

So, in this chapter, there's a skill choice set (you can pick a people-based, combat-based, etc), but unlike in Book One where it was the same choices for each LI and they just reacted differently, I actually came up with a different people-based choice for each LI scene, a different tech-based choice, etc, and each of those obviously has their own pass or fail state versions.

That Bit Extra—February 2021

So this is a snippet of a choice with Mason/Morgan, but it only pops up if you meet certain variables and obviously choose that certain choice (there are so many variables to trigger certain dialogue or scenes in Book Three...)

Was a long week this week, but I got a lot of accomplished so it makes it worth it!

Finished off the final test playthroughs for Chapter 5, which I did during the evenings this week so it didn't eat into writing time. Though on one of them, I accidently clicked the wrong Detective for the LI, and it was really weird playing through with the wrong LI for him :D I usually use Kingsley to test out a stoic MC x Ava, but I ended up with Farah, and it was strange playing this A-romancer with ...

Valentine's Specials

Hi guys!

So the first of the Valentine's Scenario Specials will be up in about 30 minutes, but I just wanted to post a bit of a warning that Mason/Morgan's (being posted today) and Felix/Farah's (later this month) have a VERY deep, deep romance feel to them!

So if you don't want to be spoiled for how those romances will feel later in the game, and would rather experience that more as the game and romances develop instead, then I would steer clear.

The Wayhaven Chronicles—Update+ 29/Jan/2021

So, Chapter 5 was once again my focus this week.

As much as I love what's in Chapter 5 and how I've written it...I will not be sorry to see the back of it, lol! It has been going on and on for so long now!

I mean, it is a MASSIVE chapter (just over 77,000 words), so it makes sense, but still :D

I also did end up adding that scene to it that I talked about in last week's update. I'm really glad I did, even if it meant the word count for that chapter is a bit ridiculo...
