Breast-feeding outdoors can give you the benefit of some extra vitamin D that is crucial to the breast-feeding mother as Breastfeeding does extract a lot of the vitamins from our bodies and these need to be replenished. A good post natal vitamin or prenatal vitamin along with some natural sunshine can help a breast-feeding mommy stay healthy.

Extended breastfeeding after 2yrs old is still full of health benefits for both mother and child. Don’t ever let society tell you how to nourish your children. If a toddler is not ready to wean why not let them keep the comfort of mommies breast and the nourishment of mommies breastmilk? Enjoy the love and bonding and all the health benefits extended breastfeeding has to offer. 💕🤱💕

When a woman is capable of breastfeeding it is done with the purest love of all. The love of a mother to a child is the truest most pure love there is. I never knew love as this until I first laid eyes on my newborn babies. I’m filled with gratitude 🙏 for these beautiful blessings in my life.

My crazy morning with two toddlers...

Until I get my coffee I’m scatterbrained and all over the place. In my mornings I wake up breastfeeding 🤱 cook more breastfeeding 🤱 then after breakfast breastfeeding... then it’s time to straighten up the house just to have it messy again by the end of the day lol 😂 then more breastfeeding! Nursing at night is a wonderful way to get the kids prepared for bed and to sleep through the night as your breastmilk releases wonderful hormones that relax and comfort them for a good nights sleep. You may not get a half decent nights sleep for the first few years though lol 😂 every child and experience is different.

Bathroom interrupted clip on lenz

Was nursing the girls got up to use restroom and thought I’d closed and locked the door behind me. Apparently it didn’t completely shut and they busted in the door to continue nursing which I just happened to catch on camera! They are relentless and hilarious my little ones. Get used to never being able to use the restroom alone again when you become a parent! ! Lol 😂
