Seaweed? Seriously?!

Yes! Seaweed is a vegan and vitamin rich great source of calcium, magnesium and many other nutritious things! It also helps with keeping a positive mood and thyroid function! If you don’t believe it look it up! Read your labels because although seaweed is healthy in it’s natural state there can be added food coloring or Altrnative sweetness that pose a health risk. While feeding my baby my older toddler (3) wanted to share the experience. So much pure love and nourishing nurture. Breastmilk will always be the best milk but please remember fed is best. Never judge a mommy for how she chooses to feed her baby. If the baby is healthy and thriving that is all that matters!

We must Enjoy the precious closeness of breastfeeding our babies while we can. One day they shall wean and all we will have are the memories. Breastfeeding creates a beautiful bond between mother and child. I myself know the difference from experience because my first baby was given formula in the hospital 🏥 and she only nursed for 3 months. Kids Breakfast after morning breastfeeding session is olive oil scrambled broccoli 🥦 and eggs 🍳 with carrot 🥕 avocado 🥑 and blueberries to make for an iron rich healthy breakfast. I allow 1/2 water 1/2 Orange juice mix in the morning if juice is requested. If it is not then they get room temperature filtered or bottled spring water for optimal absorption and hydration. Morning exercise to speed up metabolism... (this video coming soon for higher tiers)

A morning exercise routine can be difficult with two nursing toddlers. I must always be careful when I’m doing standing exercises that they don’t get underfoot or behind me for safety reasons. I like to stick to floor exercises with my toddlers which makes it easier to breastfeed and still get in a little calorie burn workout. It’s also nice to include the kids in stretching and exercises to teach them about living a healthy lifestyle.
