State of the doodlin'

So, turns out June only has 30 days which my wee brain somehow lost track of. I'm gonna post the color nomination and archive posts for June today and hopefully a poll, of course, that means the archive and sketch polls won't be available until early July. I did make a lot of progress this month and have a few finished or almost finished sketches and color pics to post though.

Lynx Day

Pen fixed!

Looks like I jumped the gun a little on ordering that replacement pen, because I was able to fix the broken one in just 5 minutes. One of the magnetic wires had broken off from the solder joint, so I just had to re-solder it and it works good as new now. At least I'll have a spare.

I'd also like to give a shout out to Miskacomic's youtube channel since it was their video on the subject that helped me solve the problem. I don't really know much about their other work but I'll leave a lin...

Technical difficulties

So, the pen for my drawing tablet died today. I rush ordered a replacement but it's going to take a few days to arrive. Obviously I'm disappointed that I have to spend all that money after having just replaced my busted computer monitors, but hey, it's a business expense. Fortunately before the pen broke I was able to finish a few pieces, so while my drawing progress is slowed I can try catching up on some other important things like posting finished works both here and on my socials, doing s...

This isn't gonna be done until tomorrow probably but I made a lot of progress on it the past 2 days and wanted to give you guys a look at it, since WIP updates is one of your backer rewards.
