The winner of February's Sonic-girl pinup poll, it's Princess Sally in an infamous scene from the Sonic comic series where she had to bathe in a pool of liquid gold to get a vision of the future. I figured the liquid gold would probably stick to her and that gave me the idea to do a variant of her after being fully submerged. It was a lot of fun and I got to try some techniques that I haven't really used before.
*EDIT* I've made a few tweaks. This is the real finished version.
Minor delay for February's final pieces / rewards
So, you know how February is the shortest month of the year? Well I didn't quite plan around that as efficiently as I should have. The final sketch and the Sally Acorn pinup will be a day or two late but the good news is that the Sally pinup is almost done, it's looking great, and there is a fairly unique variant on it that is a bit experimental, and pretty distinct from anything I've posted before. As you can see, work is under way of the Fox and Krystal Valentine's Day / "intimate date" pic. The original pic looked like a bit of a rush job when I went back to it so I ended up redrawing most of it, and I modeled a 3D environment to get me started on the background. I also decided to make Fox sexier and shirtless this time around.
