Pkm || Manifesting new gen PMD

We are so long overdue for the last 3 gens to make their debut in the Mystery Dungeon series (or idk if they were in DX, haven’t played that one yet). While I love PMD2, I would prefer a completely new entry so I can play as a rowlet or have my partner be a rowlet.

I’m debating on whether to post these publicly before the Pokemon Day stream or after.

I think I’m gonna call her Ysa

Have some bunny sketches I did a while back. At first, I wanted to name her Isa but in Filipino, it translates to “one” and I don’t want it mistakenly pronounced as Filipino’s “isa” so here she is, Ysa. It’s like ee-sa.

Roshe the Necromancer

Been a hot while since I drew this OC but I’ve some changes to him like the chin strap which at first connected all the way to the goatee but then it just kinda reminds me of Lincoln lol. There’s also the white tip on his ears like opossums have. I’ve also remove the need for him to always have his axe where he stores his magical gem. Quick commissions

These two are ones I got from twitter, which originally was going to be cheaper since I just wanted some extra cash for a food and town fair trip with some cousins. We had fun and so did I with these. Nice coincidence though that both clients’ characters have a weapon.

Anyway, I’ll add this messier render kind of style to my commissions later this month. I really do miss it from my days of ACNH brain rot.

Pierce and a Floragato

Hmmm… I miss this messier sketch I’d do with some colors and small rendering. I find it hard to be this messy with commissions because well I mean, gotta make it clean for the client, right? All that self conscious stuff. But idk, I find the messiness a nice charm to it and maybe I’ll add this as a new category in my commissions which by the way, I’ll update for next batch because it’s been the same since 2021.

New Bunny OC?

Sometimes the best designs are always the simple ones. 

So I was sketching multiple bunnies when I liked the first image’s general shape. It used to have a fringe but I googled bunny colors and patterns and saw this one bunny with white fur and a brown “mask”, I thought it’d look great. Some OCs

Happy New Year, everyone! Sorry for the last of posts as of late. I started the new year getting a little sick in various parts of me, just taking turns but I’ll be picking up the pace here on out.

So tell me, sheep with feathered wings or sheep with bat wings? I’m leaning more towards the feathered wings since when folded, it would blend well its white coat.

The bunny is just something for cooldown this evening. Something something year of the bunny.

Drew this inbetween other stuff. The Kommo-o one was for someone who helped me out yesterday. Also this was my 2nd (or 3rd?) attempt at Meowscarada much earlier. Basically I just wanna show off that we got digitigrade as compensation.

Anyway, here’s Dark/ghost tyrantrum, ground/fairy furret, and dragon/ice dragapult (I forgot to add the sacrificial children).

I asked myself if tyrantrum having a skeletal tail is too morbid for a kid’s game but then I remember we have houndstone and idk about you guy but that dog creeps me out. Not bad creepy but just genuine creepy. Thank you, GF....

Pkm || Dogs of Paldea

So after my previous art, I thought why the heck not, I’m gonna draw all the dogs in Paldea because there’s plenty of them.

I did a base and shading coloring method for this so there’s no separate layers for the base and shadings. I simply wanted to go for a softer style. Just not a lot of dramatic shading. You might also notice how I changed Greavard since Rockruff is taking a lot more space than Fidough so I have Greavard change angle and it worked out really well in the end! 2022-12-07 12:44:19 +0000 UTC View Post

So I had a thought the other day of Floragato doing some yoyo tricks when I remember the new doggos introduced this gen. Pretty neat that there’s 3 of pure typing and all 2 stage evolutions, huh? So yeah, here’s the birth of the idea of Floragato walking the dogs.

I started my Pokemon journey in Paldea this afternoon! I like the new approach they are going with their gameplay but man the graphics and optimization is leagues behind standard.

Anyway! I just evolved Sprigatito before I had to do my afternoon chores and now I wanna draw the big brother this evening.

Just some pokemon I drew tonight and the past few days. The rockruff and litten ones were actually supposed to be for a promo of a zine but is now canned so here it is.

Like I said in the timelapse upload, I‘m trying to atleast kinda like Meowscarada in particular. Floragato is just okay. I saw their stats and finally I can use a fast sweeping starter again. I almost always pick grass so imagine how tired I am of slow ones (rip decidueye you didn’t deserve that bad speed stat).

Splatoon | Ros in a nutshell

This started out as a quick draw yesterday but I ended up keep working on it.

Urnos “Ros” is my Octoling OC back in Splatoon 2. He has a very curious personality and likes tinkering with machinery and weapons.

Shapes warm ups Oct part 1

Some quick and fun ones the last few days. Angular circles are still my thing ahaha. I know some people say they like my shapes but I’m curious what makes them interesting to you or what particular style/shape you like best? Mine is always the angular circles/ rounded polygons.

Anyway it’s been a little over a month since Splatoon 3 came out and I can say without a shadow of a doubt: They can never replace how good Splashdown is in Salmon Run.

Splatoon | Some kids

Drew my Octoling, Ros, his new look! I quite like it. I just need to change his headgear’s main ability though and I’m SO glad we can finally do that! I also drew Wadsm’s inkling a few days back. Dude got nice vids. Been wanting to draw 2 more competitive players I‘ve enjoyed watching lately (Isabel and Shockwave) but maybe another time next month.

Would you like some Aedis during these trying times? Sorry about the clue tongue in the second piece though, I was thinking of tweaking that color but I end up prefering the orange tongue because it’s a nice contrast to everything else on Aedis.

Splatoon | Guess I’ll die

So here’s the simplified version of the Salmon Run outfit for my octoling. I remove the colored freckles on him so it’s less busy but idk, may change my mind or not. It was errr kinda hard to understand whatever is going on around the helmet ngl. Timelapse soon!

Splatoon | some wips and stuff

The comic one is going to be first piece for my new series call ”Day in the Life of a Freelancer” where I’m missing a certain special not available in Splatoon 3 Salmon Run. Idk yet if this will be the main style I’ll be doing or I should simplify more especially if I’m going to draw other teammates. We’ll see.

Oh this is really hard. But atleast one thing I’ve learned today is to not zoom in too much because the edges become a little too fine when looking at the whole thing at a distance. Anyway, this was fun.

I saw it from somewhere that this hairstyle is called “Surfcurl” in splatoon and shoutout to my octoling homies who will go from the base octoboy hair to this fresh pompadour.
