If you're using a pencil brush in Procreate (I use the 'peppermint' pencil brush included in the app by default) you can tilt your stylus to get a noisy sort of airbrush spray, and this is what I used for the shading on this piece. I just really like the crunch it adds.

TDWM page 4 WIP
A couple of you might have noticed my attempted one-page-per-week schedule went out the window this month. I was out of town the first week of April and a smarter horse would have tried to get a buffer in place for just such a disruption, but such is life.
Anyway, seemed only fair to give some kind of update to let y'all know I haven't wholly dropped this project, but the next couple of pages are a bit scenery heavy (so many... chairs...) so I might not be back on track for another week...
