SweetWhispers~Confidence Boost

This one was actually something I found myself needing last week.  I had a massive project for work and I wasn't sure I could handle it.  I poked around and found something somewhat similar to this in that, it was just a taste of affirmation rather than a whole meditation.  I loved it and it inspired me to create this one for you for those moments we feel less than...even though we know we're quite capable!

 It's been quite sometime since I've done something to ease a panic or anxiety attack.  My approach to these is to calm you using asmr and soothing background sounds but in a way that's a little more intimate than what you might hear on the Breathe or Calm apps. I love those apps but feel sometimes the approach is a little cold and over polished.  Hopefully you feel the difference!  😘🙏
