One-Shot Comic Sketches 10

Introducing the stars of my animation project: Manny and Isaac.  When I drew this it was just the right mix of 'a while back' and 'late at night' so I don't remember drawing this at all!  I like it a lot though so good job, past-me!

I've got plans to do two one-shot comics featuring these two, to build up an audience for the animation and hopefully get more people to pledge to support it. (Cuz animations are time-consuming!)

Summer Sunflower Pattern

When  i created my new icon, I also put together a repeating pattern for the background of my blog.  It was actually after I created this that I thought 'this is so cute, I should sell it on leggings!' and thus was inspired to create my RedBubble store!  You can buy this print on leggings, blankets, notebooks, totebags, and make-up pouches!

So this girl doesn't have a name quite yet, but she is an intersex priapus--which for those of you who didn't get the fun part of Roman mythology, is a minor fertility/farming god depicted with a giant erection.  I know that this gal's boyfriend is going to be a male succubus (demon that draws power from being sexually dominated) and he's huge and is gonna have a big ol' dick, but I have not even tried to sketch him yet.  You can look forward to those in the future!

Summer Sunflower Hart

Introducing my new icon!  I wanted to make something different than my old icon, but still include my hart mascot.  I tried something different when I colored the flowers and I think it turned out really well!  I'm already planning on doing an autumn, winter, and spring version, featuring flowers that represent the season!  For summer, I used sunflowers, daisies, and purple fountain grass.

One-shot Comic Sketches 4 (NSFW)

So this is Teddy, a trans harpy, and part of my monster one-shot stories.  The only problem is I don't know how I want to draw harpies in this verse!  I'm trying to find that magical sweet spot that's not too inhuman but not too human and looks cool while still being easy to draw.

Will is part of my series of one-shot monster romances.  Will is a Druid, although I haven't solidified his role in the story beyond that.  I've decided the story will be a cheesy, gooey romance worthy of the trashiest of fanfics, so I might just end up delving into my favorite fanfic trope, the coffee shop au, and make Will a barista!

So these two would be the main storyline of my one-shot comic series.  I finally settled on Daichi Sugawara for the one on the left and Tobeo (Toby) for the one on the right.  They are both kitsune, but Daichi's mother was human, so his eyes are mismatched.

I've been toying with the idea of making a webcomic collection, featuring a 'main couple' romance/smut storyline and then a few side stories featuring other pairings, but all linked together under one title.  So that's where these guys come in.  I'm thinking the theme of all these stories is that they'll take place in the same world; where monsters and magic are just a normal part of life.  I've got ideas for characters including kitsune, incubus/succubus, druids, harpies, priapus...

This commission, featuring human versions of the Beast and Enoch from Over the Garden Wall is from the client's favorite fanfiction!  I had fun playing with the otgw color scheme and of course, it was good practice in drawing different body-types!

A little doodle of Yuu and Mee's markings (and their weird little alien junk).  Yuu and Mee's species evolved from amphibians so they have fins on their calves, gills, and water-colored camouflage markings.  Mee's markings are asymmetrical, something they're a little insecure about.

These were the first few attempts at drawing Padma and her girlfriend, Chetana.  They were based off drawings I did of a dolphin and shark mermaid couple, but then I realized Padma and Chetana wouldn't be living in salt water--whoops!
