So 8Fold helped me some more and learned something about unwrapping and texture painting.... well then this abomination happened... the painted face will haunt my dreams O.O so I stoped trying for now and tryed out some shader I did a while back. and... I finally think Silber starts to look cute... So yeah I definatly will check out texture painting again but maybe only for certain elements... oh and I did curls... still need to check out how to solve his braid... it's more a technical proble...

Another 12+ hours

Tryed to fix the mouth and some wrinkles. Due to the incredible help from 8fold I still have my sanity. Thanks again for all the support and your time, 8! It was a pleasure learning under you <3

So then I blocked out Silbers hair and remodeled it on top... Gosh I learned a lot... It's really all about problem solving. Tech art is sooo different and hard to learn.... but it's fun. I totaly forget everything around me...

So the retopo of the head is done... tryed to tweak proportions and to fix the mouth.

IF ANYONE have a good tutorial or some tips for modeling (not sculping) the mouth PLEASE HELP O.O

So now that I have the base I need to retopo it... which means I need to rebuild the whole model. But I guess that's a good thing since I repeat my freshly learned stuff and I can make things more organized and polished...

Learning Blender

This is what I got after a week of Blender tutorials O.O''

Have started it in march and felt like going back to it. I decided to start learning Blender properly, have watched dozens of tutorials for navigating, how to use the modeling tools and starting a char base mesh. Still need to learn how to model the edge flow for animations and well obviously how to paint a model and rigging and animating and irgh.... it's a lot. But it's fun.

After that Rule34 thing I felt so discouraged... So I abandoned the Duke Comic for a few days and made this commission instead. I jope you guys don't mind.

Was a nice change. Thanks to MajinOrc for the opportunity to draw his slime OC again. I actualy did his ref-sheet back in the days so it was fun to revisit that familiar face <3
