Did you miss me? I took a quick trip to California to see family and friends. It's always wonderful to get home cooking and I spent Saturday at a lovely winery.
This weather has been so crazy this year that all the mountains around us were covered with snow and some of them I've never seen covered. Fortunately, the weather cooperated for us, but I think another huge front is coming in today.

When I was in Park City, I had to pick a High West bottle to enjoy being that the distillery is located there. There are not enough wonderful things I can say about this beautiful Irish whiskey! This was a special bottle and a special day in Park City. I've made it back safe and sound. It was an epic adventure and I could not have asked for better snow.

I'm having post party stress disorder. It was a beautiful weekend and I'm very happy girl. Thank you for all the wonderful wishes and gifts. I'm very grateful.
