Feminization: How It Works WIP 6 - Lowres Keyframes

Spoiler alert again, but here are the lowres keyframes! I generated around 400 of these sequences, mainly trying to ensure consistent lighting. This is not perfect but I think it's close enough! Note that they may look a little out of order because some of them will be cropped closer so parts of the image won't be seen.

NSFW Workflow WIP 2 - TG Animation

Success! Note this is not indicative of the final quality of the animation - these are very quick keyframes. I just wanted to see how Hunyuan handled the images, and I think it did well! There is some tradeoff between realism and consistency/controllability, but I think the realism can be improved with better keyframes and finetuning with a character.

Request for @shadowassian12 of a pilot transforming into stewardess. It was a really fun idea but Kling had a bit of trouble transitioning smoothly, unfortunately. May 2025 Request #8 - Library Nerd RC/WL/BR

Request for @Bambidacow of a thick black woman transforming into a skinny white girl. I don't think I've ever done a white-to-black race change so this was interesting to try. I found that the simple Kling prompt I'd been using always caused the character to turn around while transforming (which I hate) so I had to provide a more detailed prompt in this case.

May 2025 Request #7 - Tiktok TG

Changerxd requested I turn a guy into another gorgeous tiktok girl. I can't remember if I explained this workflow before, but basically I took the tiktok he provided and remixed it into a guy with Sora. Then, I blended between the clip of the guy and the original clip. It's very simple, but Sora is the only video model that can do this currently and I think it looks pretty cool!

Request to have two women swap weights at the gym. I realized I'd never generated a straight weight gain clip before, so that was a blast to try. I'd also never tried to get two characters to transform at the same time before, but I think Flux/Kling did a pretty good job! Might have looked better in portrait mode, but live and learn 😁

May 2025 Request #4 - Amber Heard Lingerie TG

So this was the first transformation I've ever tried with two characters, and Kling did great with it! The biggest challenge was to get Flux to create a male character in lingerie - I ended up inpainting Amber into the Asian guy with BigAsp. It's not perfect, but I do really like how this one turned out!

April 2025 Request #2 - Sister's Clothes TG

A brother tries on his lost sister's clothes and jewelry and they transform him into her. This was a pretty simple Flux prompt switching workflow into Kling. The main difficulty was keeping the outfit/accessories consistent. Also huge shout out to PhantaX on discord for sharing his excellent Kling prompt which I adapted for this animation!
