Final keyframe was a woman and I image2imaged backwards to the man using the BigAsp 2.0 checkpoint. I was very pleased with how well this worked overall. Still, I wouldn't consider these optimal keyframes and I was very impressed with how well Wan2.1 handled them.

Latina RC/WG WIP 4 - Keyframes Part 2

Whew, finally done with the body closeup more or less. Still need to do some cleanup before moving onto the hires as well as generate the front shot. I still think I might be able to finish keyframes this weekend if I can put in a couple 10-hour-days.

Also, Bobby and I are having a bit of trouble coming up with a name for this animation. Do you guys have any ideas? I'll post a poll shortly so you guys can help us decide!

March 2025 Update

Hello friends! Quick update for you all. TLDR: The Latina RC/WG keyframes are taking longer than expected, but I’m still planning on releasing sometime in March. The attached image was generated with Chroma, a new furry stylized-art model that’s currently being trained and looks pretty good so far!

Latina RC/WG WIP 3 - Keyframes Part 1

TLDR: Unfortunately, I need at least one more week working on keyframes. Also, I'll be posting some Veo 2 and NSFW model test animations shortly.

This clip won't be in the final animation although the keyframes probably will - the transition will just be more gradual. I just wanted to try this so I'd have something to post lol. It was sort of a fail, but I think making the transformation more gradual will help.

Video Model Test Update

Finally managed to get all the tests completed + the new video is a new pregnancy transformation test (old keyframes though, sorry). I needed something more SFW for Sora lol.

TLDR: I recommend EasyAnimate 5.1 for open-source video generation. For closed-source video generation, I recommend Kling 1.6. Sora has unrivaled functionality but is very expensive and very censored when using keyframes. See below for more info. More info in the attached PDF<...

Sora Cheerleader TG

So this was meant to be another video model test because I didn’t have a SFW one with 3 keyframes. I kind of rushed the keyframes though (don’t do that) and the first keyframe didn’t want to transition into the 2nd with most of the video models.  I was able to force things using the blend feature in Sora though, and I really liked how it turned out! Football player -> cheerleader has always been a fantasy of mine, so I hope you enjoy seeing it visualized as much as I did!

Latina P*Star (RC/WG) WIP 1 - Script

The title is also WIP obviously lol. If you have any suggestions on the title or the attached script in general, let me know! It's pretty raw this time because I wanted you to be able to read Bobby's amazing prose before I start chiseling away at it lol. Also, I'm not sure how I feel about the Flux image look for this script. It seems a bit too much like a stock image. The composition is perfect though. Once I train the character that might help, but we'll see.

Sora Treadmill TG

This originally was supposed to be a full NSFW project but I kept downgrading it because this is not the way lol. You can see Sora keeps making the loop “crispier” every time you remix it (it got worse but we won't talk about that). I will probably revisit the concept at some point so you can hear what he’s listening to on his headphones that causes the transformation, but for now, I hope you enjoy!
