3d bunny rig done!
yes! her rig is done and the deforms look good! weight painting has been the biggest impediment for me when it comes to 3d figures but i feel i FINALLY got a handle on it
now to work on the next girl

here the flats and base shadows are done.
i just bought a pad of 11/15 watercolor paper so i can have a nice tooth when i start painting
the colors are just a guide to help me chose the right markers after i print these out. after the markers are done then i will paint with watercolors and gouache.

pencils done! i had some trouble printing the digital line work due to a miscommunication with my driver but the tech support helped me fix it

finally FINALLY! i have the weight painting tools working the way i want them to. the rig itself is a bit of a WIP, because i find sometimes i need to add in a new bone or delete one if it turns out to not work very well. but this is FINALLY looking good

i think THIS folio i will finish off in copics and gouache. i have already painted this guy that way before (though i still have a little more to finish on it) so it should not be quite as intimidating.
i will need to really tighten up all the lines and put down a very basic digital color before i print them out
