Lots of people touching Vi's face this update it seems. I'm rather happy with how this scene has turned out. We'll get a little glimpse of the hopes and fears of everybody's favourite little ginger. And maybe just maybe if you're looking for something specific this might be the start of something beautiful.

Well I was going to save this title screen until later, but I have bad news, so I have to soften the blow with booty.

Our peek involves the enigmatic Kana this week. Kana is always a fun character to write she's very different then many of the other characters. She's not particularly funny or interested in banter and some might even class her as a bit naïve. But she's a total sweetheart and as she begins to integrate into the rest of the group we'll learn all sorts of fun things about her. A few which you may not expect.

I cannot believe it's already December. Where did this year go? Stop the ride I wanna get off! This is the first title screen where the MC and Alistair are separate. What could it possibly mean? Probably nothing, I probably just wanted to do something different.

So before this render set I had almost no medieval assets, I think I must have quadrupled the amount working on this. I'd had a fairly murky concept when initially pitched, but it slowly morphed into our Vi as an adorable, yet incredibly efficient assassin. And if anything made it worth it, the corsets sure as heck did. I don't know how I've kept those hidden so well...

Jeezum Crow, it's already November. And already time for me to start posting title screens... Where does time go?
Progress is decent, still trimming down some script transcription. Got it edited down to about 38,000 words. Going to do a few more read throughs and see what I might be able to move or condense but we're getting there.

A double dose this week.
As we progress further into the story we'll be getting small glimpses into our MCs past. These little glimpses are integral to understanding how our character ended up the person he is when the game starts. It's also a nice place to see a little more of Davis and who he was before his passing. And who knows maybe in the future we might see a few other familiar faces? Have about 18,000 words plugged in and ready to go, the goal by Friday is to have that hit 20,000 and to have this bonus scene finished up as well.
Once I've reached that point it'll be time to start posing the renders, far and away the most exciting part of everything.

It was nice to revist Aoife again. I have a certain fondness for our resident buxom blonde and considering she's the favourite Author girl I guess lots of other folks do as well. For this set I went with the hair she has if rejected at the end of the game, just seemed to fit better than the others. As always they come in 4k and 1080 versions.
Thinking I'll do a little something different theme wise for October, we'll see how feasible it ends up being.
